    摘要: The present invention relates to a pressure control device, in particular for motor vehicle braking systems, with at least one valve carrier accommodating a pressure control valve, a pressure sensor for detecting the hydraulic pressure in a pressure fluid channel of the valve carrier as well as with an electric module including electric and/or electronic structural members and being connected to the pressure control valve and the pressure sensor by way of electric contacts. The pressure sensor is positioned in a space interposed between the pressure control valve and the electric module, with at least one of the contacts that is connected to the pressure sensor leading through a sensor carrier to the electric module. The sensor carrier is located at least in sections within the space.

    摘要: An improved pressure sensor assembly incorporates a stainless steel pressure sensing element that is welded to a stainless steel pressure port insert-molded into a molded plastic pressure vessel. Sealing between the pressure port and the pressure vessel is enhanced by a O-ring seated in a groove on the outer periphery of the pressure port, or by a sealant applied to the periphery of the pressure port prior to the insert molding operation. The pressure port is insert-molded with the pressure vessel so as to expose an axial end of the pressure port having a stepped annular surface, and the pressure sensor element is welded to the exposed end of the pressure port. The plastic material of the pressure vessel extends into a central axial bore of the pressure port to minimize leakage by maximizing a potential leakage path for the medium contained by the pressure vessel, and over a shoulder of the pressure port to secure the pressure port in the body of the pressure vessel.

    摘要: The type of a pressure sensor is automatically identified even when the input/output lines of the pressure sensor are three lines, i.e., power source lines (two of + and −) and a voltage output line for outputting a voltage corresponding to an applied pressure. The current value Ip, which flows through the power source lines of the pressure sensor, is made to be a different value depending on each type of the pressure sensor. A voltage value Vr (Vr=Ip×Rr, where Rr is a resistance value of a resistor) is measured by using a differential amplifier, and the voltage value Vr is compared with a voltage range previously recorded in ROM. Accordingly, the type of the pressure sensor can be automatically identified by using a microcomputer.
