    摘要: A reference electrode, especially for a potentiometric measuring cell, comprising: a housing, which surrounds a housing interior, which contains a reference electrolyte and at least a part of a sensing system for sensing a potential of the reference electrode. The reference electrolyte is in contact with a medium surrounding the housing, especially a measured medium, via at least one bore traversing through a housing wall of the housing, and wherein the bore has an inner diameter of no more than 50 μm at its narrowest point and a length of no more than 200 μm.

    摘要: A pH sensor is provided. The pH sensor includes a body, a glass electrode, a reference electrode and a solution ground. The glass electrode is disposed on the body to contact a liquid sample. The reference electrode has a reference fill solution disposed within the body. The solution ground electrode is operably coupled to the body and has a portion of the solution ground electrode that is disposed within a harbor such that a portion of the solution ground electrode is configured to contact the liquid sample. The body has a passageway that extends from the reference fill solution to an aperture proximate the liquid sample.

The potential difference existing between the primary reference element and the secondary reference element is monitored, and when a predefined tolerance criterion is found to be violated, the elapsed operating time from the point when the measuring probe was put into operation is determined and used as a basis for calculating the remaining operating time of the measuring probe.

    摘要: An ion concentration measuring electrode unit includes a body member having a plurality of capillary tubes extending through the body member to provide a plurality of passageways for a sample fluid to be tested. The gaps between the hollow tubes are sealed to maintain an internal solution complimentary to the ion to be measured. An internal electrode is immersed within the internal solution whereby a large internal surface area is provided to enable a reduced impedance in measurement of a sample fluid. An ion concentration meter assembly is thereby provided when combined with a sample flow conduit directing fluid through the body member with a liquid junction connected to the conduit and to a reference electrode unit whereby outputs of the internal electrode and a reference electrode can be used to measure an ion concentration.
