摘要: Provided is a threaded member tightening tool capable of returning a count value in linkage with reverse driving by the threaded member tightening tool and only when a threaded member to be removed by the reverse driving has been counted as a tightened threaded member. A computing unit of a motor-driven screwdriver is switchable between a counting mode in which the computing unit counts the number of tightened threaded members and holds the counted number as a count value and a count return mode for returning the count value to a one-preceding count value. The computing unit returns the count value to a one-preceding count value based on the fact that the engaging element fitting unit has been driven in the reverse direction when the computing unit has been switched to the count return mode.

摘要: Approaches describe a mobile computing device, e.g., an ergonomically configured connected counting device, to capture counts of people, products, or any countable object, store the counts and associated information in a central repository for access by other connected counting devices. The counts and associated qualifying information can then be displayed through mobile devices and web applications, and can display count data with sales, demographic and other qualifying data sources to provide information for qualitative and quantitative reporting, as well as enable count based automated promotions through traditional channels and social networks.

摘要: A meter reader 12 analyzes a signal from a meter 22 and compares its structure with a plurality of known signal structures stored in a memory 41. If the comparison shows that a particular one signal structure stored in the memory is inconsistent with the data signal being received, that structure is rejected and not used in future comparisons as the receipt of the data signal progresses. Eventually, the non-rejected signal structures should be reduced to a single structure which by elimination must be the closest structure to that of the signal being read. The meter reader can then pass the received data signal and the identification of its particular signal structure to further processing apparatus 11 such as a signal recorder or signal display and can arrange this recording or display so that parts of the signal representing different properties can be arranged consistently with other data signals which may be of different structures.

摘要: In a system for optical display and photo-electric scanning of the contents of a counter equipped with counting wheels, and wherein each counting wheel includes a plurality of numeral members visually distinguishable from the periphery thereof, a coded optical marking member is associated with each numeral member of a respective counting wheel. The coded optical marking member includes at least one optical surface element, and the optical marking members of the counting wheels extend along respective rows, and may be scanned by a light ray moving along a corresponding row. The improvement includes one of the members being superimposed at least in part onto another of the members in a corresponding row, and being partially light-transmitting, while each optical surface element is light-reflective, so that the numeral members are visible upon being illuminated with diffuse light, but wherein a light ray directed onto a respective optical surface element is reflected therefrom.

摘要: The odometer in particular for a cycle comprises a case 1 containing a micro-processor connected to a movement sensor associated with a wheel of the cycle, a display for the items of information and at least one control key relating to the display of the items of information processed by the micro-processor. The control key is constituted by at least one part of the upper side of the cover 3 of the case 1, which cover is pivotally mounted on the bottom 2 of the case and it includes devices for emitting sound signals respectively corresponding to the nature of the magnitudes appearing in the display devices and seen through a window 12 of the case.

摘要: A printer countwheel mechanism in a time stamp machine keeps a running count of the number of groups of documents stamped by automatically advancing a countwheel to the next highest number when all documents in the group have been stamped. A document group comprises one or more documents. Each document in the group is stamped with the same countwheel number. When stamping single documents, i.e. groups consisting of only one document, the countwheel is advanced every stamping operation so that every document is stamped with a different number. When stamping duplicates, i.e. groups of two documents, the countwheel is advanced every other stamping operation so that duplicates are stamped with the same number. The mechanism may also be disengaged when it is not necessary to keep a count of the number of documents stamped.

摘要: An automatic photographic paper cutter includes a print and order totalizer system which stores information such as the number of prints cut and the number of orders which have been processed by the paper cutter. In one operating mode, the totalizer system counts the number of prints cut in each order. At the end of an order, the number of prints cut in that order is displayed and is maintained on the display until the next order is completed. This allows the operator time to record the number of prints in the previous order while the next order is being cut. In another mode, the totalizer system displays the total number of prints cut and total number of orders since operation of the paper cutter commenced. This information is particularly useful to management since it permits an accurate determination of the performance of both the automatic paper cutter and the particular operator of the cutter.
