摘要： In a position detector, a spring washer is beforehand attached integrally onto a carrier. Thus, when a planetary gear train unit composed of a sun gear, a ring gear and planetary gears is temporarily assembled, the center portions of the spring washer and a carrier are aligned each other accurately. Therefore, the axis of the spring washer cannot be misaligned from that of the carrier, the assembling performance is largely improved, and an accurate clutch holding force can be obtained. Alternatively, the spring washer may be attached integrally onto a cover plate.

摘要： This control device for electric motor-reduction unit intended for driving rolling shutters, roller-blinds or the like, and permitting an accidental overstepping of the electrical stop point without causing any damage in, or putting out of order, the control device, comprises a cam having a notch formed in its contour, adapted to be engaged by a follower portion of a lever so as to open a switch controlling the supply of drive current to the motor-reduction unit. The notch has a rear portion inclined laterally and rearwardly which opens into an extension of the cam contour which is level with the bottom of the notch, or located at a lower level than this bottom. When the cam rotating in a given direction oversteps the normal electrical stop point the inclined portion moves the follower laterally and the lever is moved laterally along its pivot axis against the force of spring means, but held at the same level.

摘要： A limit switch assembly is disclosed in this application and includes a slider member adapted to slide with axial movement of an input shaft and having at least one adjustable cam member carried thereon for cooperation with a pivoted actuator member located adjacent to and normally spaced from an electrical switch connected in a control circuit. In operation, movement of the input shaft causes corresponding movement of the slider and cam members. When the input shaft moves to its limit position, the cam member pivots the actuator member into engagement with the switch member thereby actuating the control circuit. By adjusting the cam member, the spacing between the actuator member and the switch member is adjusted whereby the limit position of the input shaft is also adjusted.

摘要： A device for actuating a pair of spaced limit switches in which an actuating member is reciprocably mounted for movement between the limit switches. The device comprises a rotatably mounted shaft having a wire wound around a selected length of the shaft and defining a helical path. The opposite ends of the wire are fixed to the shafts in such a manner that when a portion of the actuating member is disposed in the helical path, that is, between any two adjacent turns of the wire, the adjacent sides of each of the remaining successive turns of the wire are normally in abutment. As the shaft is rotated in opposite directions, the wire reciprocally drives the actuating member between the limit switches.
