    摘要： An electric coupler for a lighted inflatable device comprising a base attached to a cloth of a lighted inflatable device at the inside through the process of heat sealing with a passage way defined therein for inserting a light string from the outside into the lighted inflatable device, and a sealing cap to block up the passage way is disclosed. The sealing cap has terminals for connecting an external power supply to the light string inserted inside the lighted inflatable device by connectors. The light string is separately packed during delivry, and inserted inside the lighted inflatable device when in use.

    摘要： A tractor-trailer electrical receptacle is disclosed wherein a housing contains a cavity having a plurality of male contact members mounted therein; the cavity is adapted for receiving a mating electrical plug. A mounting member connected to the housing is adapted for mounting the housing at an angle inclined to the horizontal to promote drainage of any moisture in the cavity away from the contact members. A support member extends forwardly from the housing to provide such support for an electrical plug mated with the receptacle as minimizes the effects of vehicle vibration upon such plug. A cover is connected to said housing and urged by a spring to close the cavity when a plug is not inserted in the receptacle.

The first component is fixedly secured to a housing of an LCD monitor and includes a wedge shaped projection or protrusion and a first electrical connector. The second component forms a docking station and is fixedly secured to any other support surface where the LCD monitor is to be attached and supported from. The second component includes a second electrical connector intended to matingly engage with the first electrical connector. The LCD monitor is attached to the second component by slid ably engaging the wedge shaped protrusion or projection of the first component into a wedge shaped recess formed in the second component. This automatically centers the two electrical connectors before they matingly engage one another and prevents damage to the male pins of the male electrical connector. The apparatus enables an LCD monitor to be quickly and easily attached and released from a support surface incorporating the second component so that the monitor may be used at a different location as may be needed.

    摘要： A twist-lock connector assembly for securing an engaged electrical plug to an electrical outlet which includes a rotatable cylindrical sleeve disposed enclosing an electrical plug and a modified cover plate for replacing the conventional cover plate of an electrical outlet, such as a wall socket or a portable power box. The prong end of the sleeve includes a plurality of radially inwardly projecting nubs provided along an inner cylindrical surface thereof. The cover plate includes an upstanding cylindrical wall disposed about a periphery of each socket access opening. A plurality of thread members are formed on the exterior surface of each upstanding cylindrical wall and which are designed to matingly engage the nubs on the inner cylindrical surface of the sleeve as the sleeve is twist-rotated over the upstanding cylindrical wall. In use, the electrical plug is inserted into the socket portion of the wall outlet and the cylindrical sleeve is rotated about a 1/4 turn. This causes the inner disposed nubs of the sleeve to lockingly engage the outer disposed threads of the upstanding cylindrical wall of the cover plate. The electrical plug is prevented from being accidentally pulled loose from the outlet by its connection with the second sleeve end of the cylindrical sleeve.

    摘要： A socket has a pair of spaced elongated side walls which extend lengthwise along a predetermined direction, and an upper and a lower wall located at respective opposite end regions of the side walls. The socket also includes a connecting wall extending intermediate the side walls and connecting the latter. The connecting wall is formed with a pair of passages which are spaced along the predetermined direction relative to each other by a predetermined distance. These passages are operative for receiving electrical pins connected to electrical motor wires and for mounting such wires at said predetermined distance relative to each other. The socket is insertable into a cutout of the housing and is connected to the latter by a resiliently yieldable element which is mounted on the upper wall of the socket. The socket also comprises a guide member on one of the side walls and a fixing member on the lower wall for respectively guiding and fixing the socket upon its insertion into the cutout of the housing.
