摘要: This disclosure describes a system and method for generating images by performing TEM surveys using pre-existing infrastructure such as transmission lines, or power lines, and naturally occurring transients such as lightning strikes or load switching. A relatively inexpensive sensor array can be installed on overhead power lines (e.g., electrical transmission or sub-transmission lines) which can detect transients in the overhead power lines. Transients in the overhead power lines can cause the power lines to emit pulses of electromagnetic (EM) radiation, which propagate into the earth's subsurface. This sudden change in electromagnetic field in the subsurface can induce eddy currents, which in turn emit return EM radiation that can propagate back to the overhead power line and induce secondary voltage and current transients. The magnitude of these secondary transients, and their time delay from the original transient are influenced by the properties of the subsurface in which the eddy currents formed.

摘要: A system for synthesizing real IVR scenarios, automatically reproducing test scenarios, and providing accurate reports on those scenarios. An IVR tester uses a telephony device (website, mobile app, VOIP, etc.) and an automated IVR test case generator to place test calls to an IVR system. The automated IVR test case generator intercepts and collects the phone call's audio stream, dual-tone multi-frequency signals, and available metadata (e.g., response times, post-speech silence timeout, etc.). Once the call is complete, the automated IVR test case generator pre-populates a webpage or other user-interface technology and a database with the audio stream, dual-tone multi-frequency signals, and available metadata from the test scenario phone call. The IVR tester may then save that test scenario and continue to the next scenario. The saved scenario may now be used automatically by the IVR test case generator for regression testing or duplicated and edited for use in other systems.

摘要: A test webpage triggers a remote computer to obtain a token for the performance test from a test data collection server. The test webpage triggers the remote computer to transmit the token to a reflector server to initiate the performance test. The reflector server initiates the performance test upon validating the token. The reflector server performs bidirectional communication of test data over a Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC) data channel using a loss tolerant protocol with the remote computer. The remote computer is able to determine computer-endpoint test results from the bidirectional communication of test data. The reflector server determines server-endpoint test results from the bidirectional communication of test data. The reflector server transmits the server-endpoint test results to the remote computer. The test webpage triggers the remote computer to transmit the computer-endpoint and the server-endpoint test results to the test data collection server.

摘要: Upon detection of a trigger, such as the exceeding of an error threshold or the direction of a user, a diagnostic link system enters a diagnostic information transmission mode. This diagnostic information transmission mode allows for two modems to exchange diagnostic and/or test information that may not otherwise be exchangeable during normal communication. The diagnostic information transmission mode is initiated by transmitting an initiate diagnostic link mode message to a receiving modem accompanied by a cyclic redundancy check (CRC). The receiving modem determines, based on the CRC, if a robust communications channel is present. If a robust communications channel is present, the two modems can initiate exchange of the diagnostic and/or test information. Otherwise, the transmission power of the transmitting modem is increased and the initiate diagnostic link mode message re-transmitted to the receiving modem until the CRC is determined to be correct.

摘要: A system and method for recording media for a contact center includes establishing via a processor in a first geographic location, a communication session between first and second communication devices. The processor determines that media exchanged during the media session is to be recorded. The processor identifies a second geographic location associated with a resource involved in the media session, and identifies a media controller associated with the second geographic location. The media controller bridges the media path between the first and second communication devices, and the media exchanged during the media session is recorded.
