摘要: A drive system for a forage harvester is disclosed. In a forage harvester having a prime mover (10), a chopper drum (4) driven from the prime mover (10) via a drive train, and feed rolls (34,36), the drive system comprises a clutch (24) operable between an engaged condition connecting the chopper drum (4) to the prime mover (10) and a disengaged position in which the chopper drum (4) is disconnected from the prime mover, a first hydraulic variable displacement pump (16) connected with the chopper drum (4) which pumps fluid around a first hydraulic circuit connected to a first motor (46), a second hydraulic variable displacement pump (14) which pumps fluid around a second hydraulic circuit to a feed roll motor (38) connected with the feed rolls (34,36) of the forage harvester. The drive system further comprises a single charge pump (30) hydraulically connected to both the first hydraulic variable displacement pump (16) and the second hydraulic variable displacement pump (14).

摘要: The present invention provides a clutch and a work machine having same. The clutch comprises an input member for receiving a driving force and rotating, an output member for outputting rotational motion, and at least one transmission member. The input member has at least one radially extending protrusion. The output member has at least one transmission engagement part. The transmission member is movable between a first position of engagement with the transmission engagement part and a second position of disengagement, being located in a path of rotation of the protrusion, and able to abut the protrusion and be driven to move to the first position. Displacement of the transmission member between the first position and second position has a radial component. According to the technical solution of the present invention, the function of automatically switching between transmission states according to the operating state of a prime mover can be achieved. The fact that displacement of the transmission member comprises a radial component helps to reduce the axial thickness of the clutch, so that the structure thereof is more compact.

摘要: A walk-behind machine includes a clutch having a driving state where a motor drives wheels to rotate and an unlocked state where the wheels freely rotate relative to the motor. The clutch includes a movable member and a driving member. The movable member is capable of moving between a locked position where the clutch is in the driving state and an unlocked position where the clutch is in the unlocked state. The driving member transfers power to the wheels by means of friction. When the clutch is in the driving state, the motor drives the wheels to rotate in a first direction, when the motor stops rotating, the wheels rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction and can drive the driving member to move by frictional force so that the driving member pushes the movable member to move from the locked position to the unlocked position.

摘要: A pulley assembly is provided for mounting on a rotatable shaft of an agricultural harvester and is operable in a high-speed configuration or a low-speed configuration. The pulley assembly comprises a high-speed pulley with a high-speed running surface for receiving a drive belt when the pulley assembly is in the high-speed configuration and a low-speed pulley with a low-speed running surface for receiving a drive belt when the pulley assembly is in the low-speed configuration. The pulley assembly has three sets of teeth extending from surfaces of the two pulleys. In the low-speed configuration, the running surfaces of the low-speed pulley and high-speed pulley are axially aligned and the first set of teeth and the second set of teeth are engaged. In the high-speed configuration, the running surface of the high-speed pulley is exposed for receiving the drive belt.

摘要: An agricultural baler including a flywheel and a drivetrain for coupling the flywheel to a connector that is arranged to be connected to a power take-off (PTO) of a tractor. The drivetrain includes a decoupling mechanism for decoupling the flywheel from the connector in case of an overload. The decoupling mechanism includes a controllable member that is movable between an engaged state in which the flywheel is coupled to the connector and a disengaged state in which the flywheel is decoupled from the connector. The decoupling mechanism further includes a detector configured for detecting the overload. The detector is configured for providing an overload signal to the controllable member triggering the controllable member into the disengaged state.

摘要: A garden tool power system comprises a motor, a reducer and a transmission shaft. The motor transmits the power to the transmission shaft through the reducer to drive wheels on the transmission shaft. The reducer comprises a pinion connected to an output end of the motor and a gear engaged with the pinion. The transmission shaft includes left and right shafts connected with each other through a connecting shaft. The gear mounted on the connecting shaft has at least two guiding rods transversely located thereon and two centrifugal blocks located between the guiding rods. Each guiding rod has a spring surrounded therearound and each spring located between two centrifugal blocks has two opposite ends respectively abutted against the corresponding portions of the centrifugal blocks. A fixing sleeve provided on the periphery of the centrifugal blocks is mounted on the transmission shaft and has buckle structures matching with the centrifugal blocks.

摘要: An intermittent drive system includes a rotatable output component, a rotating input component with a driving engagement element, a synchronizing ring and a decoupling ring. The synchronizing ring is coupled to the output element to rotate therewith. The synchronizing ring has a driven engagement element configured to selectively engage with the driving engagement element. The synchronizing ring has an alignment feature configured to rotationally align the driving engagement element with the driven engagement element and has a decoupling feature configured to selectively disengage the driving engagement element from the driven engagement element. The decoupling ring is selectively coupled to the input component and has a decoupling feature configured to selectively engage the decoupling feature of the synchronizing ring. The driving engagement element engages the driven engagement element only when both the alignment feature is rotationally oriented to align the driving engagement element with the driven engagement element and the decoupling features are rotationally oriented to allow the driving engagement element to engage the driven engagement element.
