摘要： A method of making a safe egress bathtub providing safe egress by reducing slide forces extended on a user's feet upon a slippery bathtub floor, wherein the formed bathtub has a limited rectangular footprint, and an optimized floor space is formed with a substantially planar base with a length and width that define the limited rectangular footprint and a front wall, a back wall, a first side wall and a second side wall integral with and extending substantially vertically upwards from the substantially planar base. Each of the front, back, first side wall and second side wall have minimal wall thicknesses to define the optimized floor space and the front wall has a substantially planar inwardly, cantilevered upper apron deck in a substantially parallel relation to the substantially planar base.

摘要： A vertical wall mount system is provided that is easily installed in a perfectly level and plumb manner and is further cable of being design to be completely waterproof, interchangeable and customizable to include endless additional features. The vertical wall mount system includes two main components: a sub-frame assembly and a panel frame assembly. The sub-frame assembly includes mounting clips for pivotal attachment to a wall frame, such as, a standard 2×4 stud. Horizontal wall rails are mounted on the mounting clips to create the sub-frame assembly. The horizontal wall rails are designed to support a panel assembly on the horizontal wall rails, which may, for example, include a tile panel. The panel assembly includes a panel frame secured to the back side of the panel, which panel assembly is designed to hang on the horizontal wall rails of the sub-frame assembly.

摘要： A polymeric composite structure having a polymeric shell layer with a finish-side and a non-finish side and a cross-linked thermosetting polymeric backing layer and method of manufacturing thereof is provided. The cross-linked thermosetting polymeric backing layer is simultaneously molded to conform to the shape of and bonded directly to essentially the entire non-finish side of the polymeric shell layer. The method includes forming the polymeric shell having a finish-side and non-finish side into a suitable shape, placing the shell into a mold, and introducing an uncured blended mixture of unsaturated thermosetting polymeric backing material and cross-linking promoter into the mold to force the backing material to directly coat the non-finish side of the shell. Curing the molded thermosetting polymeric backing material at a suitable temperature and sufficient time allows hardening and cross-linking of the thermosetting polymeric material and bonding directly to the non-finish side of the polymeric shell to permit demolding of the composite structure without damage.

The corner panels have a pair of right-angular walls and the other panels are flat. Each of the end and center panels have upright marginal enlargements terminating in edge flanges.
