    Abstract: Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition in one or more of a solid dosage form, a powder form, a liquid-filled capsule, and a softgel capsule for preventing long-term COVID-19 morbidity. The pharmaceutical composition includes a therapeutically effective amount of a mixture of: nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, vitamin D, zinc picolinate, selenium, luteolin, methylcobalamin (B12), taurine, turmeric extract (>95% Curcumin), R-alpha-lipoic acid, d1-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10), acetyl-L-carnitine, pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), 5-MTHF methyl folate, lutein, zeaxanthin, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), biotin (B7), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), calcium ascorbate, magnesium bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, panthothenate (B5), betain Hydrochloride, vitamin K2, and boron glycinate.

    Abstract: Invention deals with a macular carotenoid formulation comprising Carotenoids, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Meso Zeaxanthin, Beta Carotene, Alpha Carotene, Lycopene and Cryptoxanthin in a synergistic combination. The formulation helps in increasing macular pigment optical density (MPOD) related to prevention of age-related macular degeneration (ARMD). The formulation is used as a nutrient, nutraceutical or dietary supplement. The dietary supplement may be formulated as soft gel capsules, two-piece hard-shell capsules, liquid-fill capsules, tablets, effervescent granules, gummies, powder mixes, stick packs, beverages, emulsions, bakery products, dairy products, tinctures, oil suspensions, beadlets, powders, cold water-soluble powders, emulsions and granules or any combination thereof. The present invention can be used for the development of functional food, dietary plan and as a nutritional supplement. In exemplary embodiment, formulation is available in forms like oil suspension, beadlets, powders, cold water-soluble powders, emulsions and granules.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is related to dietary supplements. For example, this disclosure relates to compositions that include, one or more agents that decrease the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsible for oxidative stress, and/or decrease the concentration of ROS. In some embodiments, a composition as provided herein includes epicatechin present in an amount of about 0.1% to about 3% w/w of the composition; vitamin A acid present in an amount of about 1% to about 15% w/w of the composition; vitamin C present in an amount of about 10% to about 80% w/w of the composition; and, vitamin E present in an amount of about 5% to about 60% w/w of the composition. Such compositions are useful for improving oxidative stress by decreasing ROS concentration.
