    摘要: Present invention relates to process for reducing MOSH and/or MOAH content from vegetable oil selected from the group consisting of palm-based oil, cocoa butter-based oil and any mixture thereof, and comprising steps of: a) Subjecting vegetable oil to short-path evaporation being performed at a pressure of below 1 mbar and under further processing conditions either: a1) at an evaporator temperature of between 210 and 240° C., and with a feed rate per unit area of evaporator surface of the shorth-path evaporation equipment of from 35 to 105 kg/h·m2, or a2) at an evaporator temperature of from 245 to 300° C., and with a feed rate per unit area of evaporator surface of the shorth-path evaporation equipment of from 110 and 170 kg/h·m2, b) Contacting the retentate vegetable oil with an adsorbent, and c) Subjecting the bleached retentate vegetable oil to a further refining step.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for purifying at least one reaction product of at least one diisocyanate, comprising at least the following steps: (A) providing a mixture A at least containing the at least one reaction product of the at least one diisocyanate and, if applicable, the at least one diisocyanate, (B) adding, if applicable more of, at lease one diisocyanate to mixture A from step (A) in order to obtain a mixture B, and (C) separating off the at least one diisocyanate from mixture B from step (B) by distillation in order to obtain the purified at least one reaction product of the at least one diisocyanate. Furthermore, the present invention comprises the reaction product of at least one diisocyanate which can be obtained by the method according to the invention and the use thereof for producing polyurethane foams, polyurethane hydrogels, polyurethane elastomers, varnishes and bonding adhesives.

The extraction unit may utilize cellular disruption in a food grade solvent to extract cannabis oil from plant material. The short-path distillation unit may utilize molecular distillation. The short-path distillation unit may include a recirculation loop for multiple passes through the short-path distillation unit to separate extract components by weight. In one example, multiple short-path distillation units may be aligned is series to incrementally separate extract components by weight.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a hydrophilic membrane and hydrophilic membranes having improved antifouling property using a supercritical fluid or a subcritical fluid. The method involves combining a coating solution from a hydrophilic group-containing monomer, an initiator, a cross-linking agent and a supercritical fluid or subcritical fluid in a high pressure solution vessel and transferring the coating solution to a membrane in a high pressure coating vessel, coating the surfaces and micropores of the membranes through cross-linking polymerization reactions. Non-reacted coating material is returned to the high pressure solution vessel. The membranes are removed from the coating vessel, cleaned and dried. The hydrophilic membrane manufactured by the present invention is excellent in properties of hydrophobic membranes such as thermal stability, chemical stability and mechanical strength, and surfaces and micropores of the membranes are uniformly coated.
