    摘要: A new method of manufacturing a torque-transmitting component is provided. The method includes providing a flat blank to a transfer press having a plurality of stations and performing a plurality of pressing operations, in which the flat blank is formed into a cup shape, rough splines are formed on the cup shape, and the rough splines are further pressed to define smooth splines. The component includes a continuous smooth inner diameter defined by a punch of the transfer press and a plurality of smooth splines defined by a die of the transfer press. The minor diameter of the splines is not machined to form the splines.

    摘要: A method of joining a functional module comprises the steps of providing a frame structure that defines a bearing channel with at least one circumferentially closed bearing seat; providing at least two attachment parts; providing a hollow shaft that comprises at least one support section for the at least two attachment parts, wherein the attachment parts comprise a mounting seat that is adapted to a support section; feeding the attachment parts in the bearing channel in a first feeding direction; feeding the hollow shaft in the bearing channel in a second feeding direction, wherein the hollow shaft is inserted into the respective mounting seat of the at least two attachment parts; and, subsequent to the feeding of the attachment parts and the hollow shaft in the bearing channel, at least sectionally widening the hollow shaft for a torsionally rigid fixation of the at least two attachment parts with their mounting seats at the respective support section of the hollow shaft.

    摘要: Connecting rod ultrasonic-assisted splitting machining method and a machining device thereof, relating to the field of machining of a connecting rod. The machining device comprises a rack, a fixing block, a sliding block, a sliding block base, a vertical locking oil cylinder, a wedge-shaped pull rod, an adjusting block body, etc. By means of the method and the device thereof, the range of the material used for splitting the connecting rod is enlarged, the splitting force required during the splitting of the connecting rod, deformation of fracture surfaces, residues generated during the splitting process, out-of-roundness of big end holes of the connecting rod, and other situations are reduced, and the engaging accuracy of the connecting rod and the joint face of a connecting rod cover and the assembly quality of the connecting rod are improved.
