摘要: The present invention discloses a low-pressure aluminum casting mold and a low-pressure aluminum casting process for motor rotor. The low-pressure aluminum casting mold includes an upper blade profile assembly, a lower blade profile assembly, a rotor core (1), a dummy shaft (2) and a diverter (7), the upper blade profile assembly includes an upper backing plate (3) and an upper mold (4), the lower blade profile assembly includes a lower backing plate (5) and a lower mold (6). The low-pressure aluminum casting mold further includes a first pressing device (8) and four sets of second pressing devices (9). The low-pressure aluminum casting process includes the steps of cold lamination, heating of the rotor core, mold preparation, hot lamination and low-pressure casting.

The cross member is inserted into a mold when the rear side members are cast such that both ends of the cross member are connected to the rear side members disposed on both sides, respectively.

The golf club head's crown portion has a first region having a first thickness and multiple second regions having a second thickness that is smaller than the first thickness. The second regions are distributed in a radiating fashion so as to extend from an origin toward a peripheral portion of the crown portion excluding the face side, the origin being located within 15 mm of the center of gravity of the golf club head in the toe-heel direction and also being located in the vicinity of the face side in the face-back direction in a plan view.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a mold element using a manufacturing device comprising a die and a counter-mold defining a molding cavity in the closed position, comprises: opening the manufacturing device; placing at least one insert 22, produced by laser sintering, against a molding surface of the die; mounting at least one wedge 28 on the die so as to bear against said insert in order to immobilize it relative to said molding surface; closing the manufacturing device, the counter-mold pressing onto said wedge in order to keep said insert pressed against said molding surface; injecting aluminium into the molding cavity of the manufacturing device; opening the manufacturing device; and extracting from the manufacturing device the mold element provided with a molding face formed by at least part of said insert and by the aluminum.

摘要: A rotor of a rotary dynamoelectric machine incudes a magnetically conductive body, having substantially axially running slots distributed around the circumference. A squirrel cage includes electrical conductors which are arranged in the slots. The electrical conductors are electrically contacted at the two end faces of the rotor by short-circuit rings. The magnetically conductive body includes a base body and at least two further additional bodies, which axially adjoin the base body. A first one of the at least two additional bodies directly axially adjoins the end face of the base body, and a second one of the at least two additional bodies and optionally any further additional body axially adjoin the first additional body. The slots have radially exposed slot portions in the axial end regions of the rotor such that the conductors can be moved radially outward.

The device may include at least one fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate material layer. The transponder chip module and the booster antenna may comprise components in a payment circuit, with the metal layer electrically isolated from the payment circuit. The booster antenna may be formed on or embedded in the fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate material layer. Processes for manufacturing transaction devices including a metal layer with one or more fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate material layers are also disclosed.
