摘要: Hot foil stamping machine stamping a foil onto a substrate, which improves stamping quality under changing conditions, includes a control unit for controlling the temperature of the stamping interface surface to a predefined desired temperature. The control unit receives at least an actual temperature of the heating plate from the at least one temperature sensor and provides a manipulated variable to the at least one heating device. Further, the stamping machine includes a state observer for estimating an actual temperature of the stamping interface surface of the at least one stamping plate based on a physics-based analytical model of the heat transfer between the heating plate and the stamping plate. The control unit also includes a feedback controller for calculating the manipulated variable for a heating device based on the predefined desired temperature and the estimated actual temperature of the stamping interface surface provided by the state observer.

摘要: A method for applying a transfer ply of a foil to a substrate, with the steps of: a) regionally applying a radically curable adhesive to the transfer ply and/or the substrate by means of an inkjet printhead; b) precuring the adhesive by UV irradiation; c) applying the transfer ply to the substrate by means of a stamping apparatus; d) fully curing the adhesive by UV irradiation; e) peeling a carrier ply of the foil, to leave at least one first subregion of the transfer ply on an application region of the substrate, and at least one second subregion of the transfer ply on the carrier ply; f) winding up or recoiling the carrier ply with the remaining second subregion of the transfer ply; g) applying at least one further subregion of the transfer ply remaining on the carrier ply to the substrate by at least once repeating steps a) to f).

摘要: A device for processing substrates uses a separation system. Processed substrates can be separated into one or more waste parts and at least one blank. Improved flexibility for treating substrates is provided. The separation system comprises a transport cylinder and a stripping cylinder associated therewith. The transport cylinder has first openings and has a detachably secured packing having depressions in which perforations are formed, with at least one perforation covering at least one first opening. The stripping cylinder has a detachably secured packing having raised areas that correspond to the depressions.

摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus and method for cutting, printing or embossing a continuous sheet of material. The apparatus comprises a tool element, at least two anvils, which are co-operable with the tool element, and a phase adjustment device. The tool element is configured to have a constant surface speed during operation of the apparatus. The apparatus is adapted to receive the continuous sheet at a constant speed into the apparatus, and being adapted to output the continuous sheet at a constant speed from the apparatus. The phase adjustment device is operable to adjust a speed of the continuous sheet within the apparatus in order to adjust a phase of alternate parts of the continuous sheet to be cut, printed or embossed by each anvil as it co-operates with the tool element.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing an edge profile for a narrow surface of a plate-shaped material, wherein an edge band extending in a longitudinal direction has a decoration, and wherein the edge band has a three-dimensional structure. In order to further improve a furniture part with regard to optical and haptic properties, the decoration and the structure according to the invention are arranged in such a way that the structure is at least substantially congruent with the decoration. The invention further relates to a corresponding furniture part having a plate-shaped material, which has at least one narrow surface, an upper part, and a lower part, and at least one edge profile.

摘要: According to one aspect of the present invention, when there is no leaf object striding over a boundary of two leaf rolls in a leaf image, a leaf image generating section performs processing for dividing first leaf image in first print data for leaves and a second leaf image of second print data for leaves at the boundary, replacing one of divided leaf images with one of other divided leaf images that hold the boundary between the first leaf image and the second leaf image to generate a first combined-leaves image and a second combined-leaves image, and rotating the second combined-leaves image at a predetermined angle.
