A kit for creating stencils is provided, including a polymeric shell, multiple linear polymeric frames, multiple thermoplastic rubber polymeric alphanumeric stencil elements, a rolling ball marker, and a roll of markable web. The polymeric shell has a tray and a hingedly joined sealing top. The tray is generally rectangular with a peripheral sidewall and has a storage compartment each for the web roll, the stencil elements, the frames, and the marker. The sidewall adjacent the web roll compartment has an opening therethrough. The frames have an elongate central planar portion and a pair of parallel upraised crenellated sidewalls with stencil retention elements defined in the crenels. The frames also have mateable elements defined at each end to join the frames together. The stencil elements fit between the frame sidewalls and have elongate projections with stencil retention elements adapted to mate with the stencil retention elements defined in the frame crenels.

In a printing system in which a roll film is rolled out to be printed by a printer and the film is rolled up after printing and drying, there is a possibility that wrinkles of the film are generated when printing, and printed materials are scratched because the printed film is positioned near the printer. Both end side of a suction stage in the film delivery direction are formed in a circular arc shape, and auxiliary stages are provided near the end portions to suck and hold a film, the auxiliary stages are allowed to be moved lower than a surface of the suction stage in the state to closely attach the film to the suction stage while applying tension to the film, and the film is sucked and held on the suction stage in the state to be printed after position adjustment to a surface of a mask.

The disclosed stencil printing method can produce prints having high glossiness by inhibiting the uneven transfer of ink caused by operation of separation of stencil. A stencil printing apparatus is disclosed. The stencil printing method includes superposing one upon another a master stencil sheet (3) and a printing material (1) (a material to be printed) and pressing an ink supply element (2) to the master stencil sheet from the side opposite to the printing material, in the direction toward the printing material, thereby passing a printing ink through the master stencil sheet to transfer the ink to the printing material, wherein ink-passing porous member (4) is disposed between the ink supply element and the printing material to transfer the printing ink to the printing material through the porous member. The ink supply element is separated from the porous member while the porous member is left on the printing material, and then the porous member is separated from the printing material. The porous member may be disposed between the ink supply element and the master stencil sheet or between the master stencil sheet and the printing material. The master stencil sheet and the porous member or the ink supply element may be bonded to each other.

In a stencil printing machine, one surface of a stencil sheet with a perforated image is placed in contact with an upper surface of a printing material. Ink is provided on the other surface of the stencil sheet. Suction force is exerted on a bottom surface of the printing material, so that the ink is allowed to pass through the perforated image and then transfer to the upper surface of the printing material, thereby completing stencil printing.

A stencil printing plate is formed by perforating a film of a stencil sheet, and disposing a solid material on perforations of the film. The solid material includes a solvent soluble ink. when the solvent is supplied to the solid material, ink in the solid material is transferred to a sheet through the perforations.

A screen frame assembly for mounting a printing screen includes a rectangular screen frame proper having a rectangular opening, and screen anchor members removably secured to frame anchor members along the four sides of the frame opening and having bonding surfaces to be adhesively or otherwise bonded to the screen edges for securing the screen to the frame. The screen anchor members are separable from the frame anchor members to clean the screen anchor members for reuse and to replace screen anchor members which are damaged or otherwise unusable.

A stencil printing apparatus includes a base on which a original is set during a perforating operation and an item to be printed is set during a printing operation, a pressing member pivotaly attached to one end of the base and having a mounting device for mounting a stencil sheet on a plane facing the base, and a supporting device arranged to project near the mounting device at the pressing member and supporting a part of peripheral edges of the engaged stencil sheet.

A printing apparatus is provided, which comprises a platform, pressing member which is pivotably supported on the platform and capable of carrying a stencil on a side facing the platform, and a frame member. The frame member is disposed between the platform and the pressing member and movable together with the pressing member with a predetermined angle relative to the pressing member being kept constant until the frame member contacts a sheet of paper stacked on the platform, and may be given a biased force against movement to the pressing member. On the frame member, is disposed a paper holding means which can be a resilient sheet capable of sticking to and peelably holding a sheet of paper. After printing is over, the pressing member is raised. The frame member holds on the platform the uppermost sheet of paper that has been printed so as to be peeled off from the stencil. After peeled, the uppermost sheet of paper is held and raised by the paper holding means as the frame member is raised together with the pressing member. The paper holding means is elastically deformed by the rotation of the frame member and the weight of paper, and thus the raised sheet of paper takes an inclined form so that it can readily be taken out of the printing apparatus by operators.

A stamp device includes a stamp unit that can be designed in a compact size, of a light weight and having a low manufacturing cost while preventing ink leakage, and a thermal perforating device that perforates the print face of the stamp unit. The stamp unit includes a grip portion, a stamp unit that is fixedly linked to the grip portion, a skirt member covering the outer peripheral side of the stamp unit, and a protection cap that is freely detachably mounted on the stamp unit. The thermal perforating device for perforating the print face portion of the stamp unit includes a body frame, a keyboard that is provided at the front portion of the body frame and serves to input a perforation character array, a liquid crystal display for displaying the input character array, a thermal perforating unit provided at the rear portion of the body frame and into which the stamp unit is inserted, and a control unit provided inside of the body frame.

A perforating device used by a stamp unit for perforating a desired character string pattern on a print face portion of the stamp unit which incorporates an ink impregnation member covered with heat sensitive stencil paper including a thermoplastic film. The perforating device includes: a thermal head having a plurality of heating elements selectively powered and heated to reach a first temperature to melt the thermoplastic film and perforate the heat sensitive stencil paper based on the character string pattern. A moving mechanism moves the thermal head and the print face portion relative to each other after the thermal head has performed the perforation. A head driving circuit powers the heating elements to reach a second temperature lower than the first temperature while the thermal head and the print face portion are being moved by the moving mechanism relative to each other.
