摘要: The present invention includes systems, methods and apparatus for pallets that may be assembled for reliable use, and then easily disassembled into component parts that take up less space during storage and/or shipment. Embodiments of the present invention include an upper platform portion and a lower support portion, in which the upper portion has a plurality of downwardly oriented legs that engage corresponding openings in the lower portion, creating a completed pallet having a vertical space between the upper and lower portions through which the arms of a forklift or other transporting device may be inserted. In some embodiments, the lower portion is made up of a single component part, and in other embodiments the lower portion is made up of a plurality of component parts. The upper and lower portions may be separated after use by applying a separating force, and are separately stackable and therefore take up less space during storage and transport.

摘要: All in one multifunction pallet, comprising a main part of the pallet, collapsible supporting legs, belts, joint shafts coupled by nuts, and RFID tags providing an easy to use, easy to operate and easy to recycle pallet. RFID tags equipped on the pallet offer a great advantage for supply chain management to utilize RFID technology. The fully folded pallet has zero space waste and one truck can transport at least fourfold pallets comparing with the currently and widely used and various pallets existing on the market. This convenient to use, recyclable, all in one pallet can significantly lower various RFID tag costs in RFID technology applications in large scale. Any damaged part can be easily replaced with new parts to keep the pallet continually in use, thereby reducing the coast per pallet in the supply chain.

摘要: Over a work bench provided with cavities is deposited a first layer with holes which coincide with the cavities. Feet are then installed having respective peripheral lugs with an interruption that coincides with a notch in each hole. The feet are lodged partially within the cavities, being supported by lugs having a diameter greater than that of the holes. Over layer is then deposited a second layer, glued on both faces and having holes of a diameter corresponding to that of the lugs. Over layer a third layer is installed, fitted with holes equivalent to holes. The assembly is compressed in a press to obtain a platform with incorporated feet. Several platforms may be obtained by orderly placing their respective layers and intercalating the feet, in a manner that, during manufacture, said feet are inserted in the feet of the platform located immediately below.

摘要: A method for forming a monolithic composite slat for a lightweight pallet. The slat is formed by adhering the crests of a corrugation to one side of a reinforcement sheet, placing another side of the reinforcement sheet in spaced, parallel relation with the corrugation and the first side such that the corrugation is situated between the first and second sides, inserting a flexible fiber in each trough of the corrugation and using each fiber to urge the trough toward the second side, inserting foam-forming material between the first and second sides, and allowing the material to cure, thereby forming a solid, foam-filled slat. The method is advantageous over that of the prior art, as it ensures that the corrugation remains in place during inserting of the foam-forming material.
