摘要: The invention provides a conveying device having a conveying performance higher than that of the related art, a sample analysis system and sample pretreatment device with the conveying device and a method for conveying a conveyance object. A conveying device 1 includes a permanent magnet 10 which is provided on a sample rack 111 side, magnetic poles 25 each of which includes a core 22 made of a second magnetic body and a winding 21 wound around an outer periphery of the core 22, drive circuits 50 each of which supplies a current to the winding 21 of the magnetic pole 25, and current command calculation units 55 each of which controls a value of the current to be supplied to the winding 21 from the drive circuit 50. The current command calculation unit 55 makes the currents to be supplied to the windings 21 vary.

摘要: An apparatus for loading live turkeys from a barn floor to cages on a transport trailer. A continuous motorized drive chain moves attached, solid sheets that are loaded with turkeys from the barn floor into the cage, and then back to the loading position. The drive chain is looped around first and second sprockets. Each rectangular sheet is rotationally connected at two of its corners to the drive chain forming a fixed end and a loose end. When the drive chain rounds the barn end, the loose end of the sheet slides upwards on a guide flap to keep the top of the sheet facing up. The sheets are driven forward to the cages, round the end at the cage end, pulled backwards from the cages toward the barn end, and then driven forward again, all without stopping the motion of the drive chain.

摘要: An improved system and method for monitoring operation of movers in an independent cart system reduces the required communication bandwidth for monitoring operation of movers in a system where control is distributed among multiple controllers spaced along the track. As the mover is travelling along the track segment, each distributed controller monitors at least one operating characteristic of the mover. As a mover travels along the track, each distributed controller transmits the operating characteristic to a successive distributed controller, such the monitored operating characteristic is transmitted along the track as the mover travels along the track. At a reduced rate or upon request from a central controller, each distributed controller may transmit the status of a mover present on the corresponding track segment controlled by that distributed controller to the central controller.

摘要: A tensioning system for a conveyor element of a conveyor is provided. The tensioning system includes an obstruction. A base is movable relative to the obstruction. The tensioning system further includes a plurality of spacers. At least one spacer of the plurality of spacers is movable from a resting position to an engagement position by only the influence of gravity. The at least one spacer rests on the obstruction in the resting position. The at least one spacer is disposed between the base and the obstruction in the engagement position.

摘要: A control system for a conveyor system of a machine includes a motor to drive the conveyor system, and a pump operably coupled to the motor. A solenoid actuator actuates the pump. The control system includes operator interfaces to enable an operator to provide inputs indicative of a desired engine speed, and a desired conveyor speed. The control system includes a controller which determines a pump speed based on the desired engine speed, and determines a maximum possible motor speed based on the pump speed and a maximum possible gear ratio between the pump and the motor. The controller determines a desired motor speed based on the desired conveyor speed. The controller determines a solenoid actuation current based on the desired motor speed and the maximum possible motor speed, and supplies the solenoid actuation current to the solenoid actuator to control a speed of the conveyor system.
