摘要: A cable reel for retaining a continuous length of cable is preferably constructed using an inexpensive plastic material, such as corrugated plastic. In one embodiment, the cable reel includes a hollow tubular core with a set of outward radial tabs integrally formed at each of its ends. A single, disc-shaped, interior support flange is mounted within the interior of the core in circumferential contact therewith to provide structural rigidity. Additionally, on each end of the core, an annular inner flange and a disc-shaped outer flange are disposed in coaxial alignment with one another against opposing surfaces of its corresponding set of radial tabs and are fixedly secured together as part of the assembly process. The multi-flange construction enables the thickness, diameter and/or material properties of the ends of the cable reel to be adjusted, as needed, to accommodate the strength and dimensional requirements of the intended application.

摘要: A fire hose reeling system includes a support frame that is positionable on a ground surface. The support frame has a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. A reel apparatus is mounted on the support frame. The reel apparatus releasably engages a fire hose and forms the hose into a roll when the reel apparatus is actuated. A stabilizing panel has a perimeter edge pivotally coupled to the support frame such that the stabilizing panel is positionable in an upright position defining a stored position or in deployed position extending away from the first lateral edge. When in the deployed position, the stabilizing panel abuts the ground surface and is stepped upon while the reel apparatus is used to stabilize the assembly.

The side wall is disposed along an edge of the top surface. The sliding area is formed between the inner edge of the grooved opening and the annular wall.

摘要: The quick physical restraint system has a binding, a dispenser, and a shield. The binding is deployed to wrap around a suspect to reduce the need to physically engage before placing the suspect into custody. The dispenser allows the binding to uncoil and be stored. The hook is a metal spike along the binding length that is used to penetrate the suspects' clothing. The binding handle ensures the binding can be held without the dispenser. The dispenser has a binding spool, a binding cutter, a handle, a shield rail, a spool trigger, and a spool stopper. The binding spool is a cylindrical section that rolls out the binding. This design allows the binding to be deployed through the dispenser or used as a standalone device.
