摘要: A coating composition, a coating glass, a method for preparing a coating composition, and cooking appliances using a coating composition. More specifically, the coating composition may include 20 to 40% by weight of Phosphorus Pentoxide (P2O5), 10 to 25% by weight of 10 to 25% by weight of Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3), 1 to 5% by weight of Zirconium Dioxide (ZrO2), 10 to 30% by weight of at least one of Sodium Oxide (Na2O) and Potassium Oxide (K2O), 5 to 20% by weight of Boric Oxide (B2O3), 5 to 15% by weight of Zinc Oxide (ZnO), and 3 to 10% by weight of Silicon Dioxide (SiO2). Thus, the coating composition has high light transmittance, and excellent cleaning performance.

摘要: An enamel composition, a method for preparing an enamel composition, and a cooking appliance are provided. The enamel composition may include 15 to 50 wt % of phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5); 5 to 20 wt % of one or more of lithium oxide (Li2O), sodium oxide (Na2O), or potassium oxide (K2O); 1 to 5 wt % of one or more of sodium fluoride (NaF), calcium fluoride (CaF2), or aluminum fluoride (AlF3); 1 to 35 wt % of one or more of magnesium oxide (MgO), barium oxide (BaO), or calcium oxide (CaO); and 5 to 30 wt % of one or more of manganese dioxide (MnO2), molybdenum trioxide (MoO3), bismuth oxide (Bi2O3), or nickel oxide (NiO). The enamel composition may be cleaned without being putting it into water.

摘要: A glass ceramic that contains a glass containing Si, B, Al, and Zn and aggregates. The glass has a SiO2 content of 20% by weight to 55% by weight, a B2O3 content of 15% by weight to 30% by weight, Al2O3, and ZnO, wherein a weight ratio of the SiO2 to the B2O3 (SiO2/B2O3) is 1.21 or higher, and a weight ratio of the Al2O3 to the ZnO (Al2O3/ZnO) is 0.8 to 1.3. A TiO2 content, a ZrO2 content, a SnO2 content, and a Sr0 content in the glass each are 0% by weight to 5% by weight. The aggregates include 20% by weight to 50% by weight of SiO2, 1% by weight to 10% by weight of TiO2, 3% by weight or less of ZrO2, and 1% by weight or less of ZnO each relative to the weight of the glass ceramic.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention pertain to antimicrobial glass compositions, glasses and articles. The articles include a glass, which may include a glass phase and a cuprite phase. In other embodiments, the glasses include as plurality of Cu1+ ions, a degradable phase including B2O3, P2O5 and K2O and a durable phase including SiO2. Other embodiments include glasses having a plurality of Cu1+ ions disposed on the surface of the glass and in the glass network and/or the glass matrix. The article may also include a polymer. The glasses and articles disclosed herein exhibit a 2 log reduction or greater in a concentration of at least one of Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus, and E. coli, under the EPA Test Method for Efficacy of Copper Alloy as a Sanitizer testing condition and under Modified JIS Z 2801 for Bacteria testing conditions.
