摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing a controlled release fertilizer of potassium chloride comprising the following steps: a. providing compacted KCl, having a sphericity of below 0.87; b. dry polishing the KCl in an intensive mixer type device consisting of a container vessel and at least one set of agitating elements such that the KCl has a sphericity of between 0.88 and 0.92; c. providing a coating on said polished KCl. The polished and coated compacted KCl can show with 6 pph coating a release of about 18% after 7 days measured with a water leach test at 21 C. The polished and coated compacted KCl may have one or more of the following release properties: a release at 10 days of about 20% or less; and/or a release at 30 days of 40% or less; and/or a release at 50 days of 50% or less.

摘要: According to some embodiments there is provided a process for the recovery of SOP from Sulphate bearing mineral and Carnallite or Sylvenite, comprising: Dissolving Carnallite in water to obtain Sylvenite and high Magnesium Chloride brine; Adding Sodium Sulphate to said Carnallite to produce mixture of Kainte\Leonite, KCl and NaCl precipitant and brine containing Mg Cl2, KCl, NaCl; Separating the NaCl from the mixture; Obtaining a precipitant mixture of Leonite with KCl; Filtering said Leonite and washing with water to yield pure mixture of Leonite with KCl; Adding KCl to the Leonite with the KCl; and Decompose said Leonite with the KCl to SOP.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for fertilizing corn in a semi-humid region for one time, and belongs to the field of agricultural fertilization. The method adopts a corn seeding and fertilizing combined machine to sow and fertilize for one time in a semi-humid region. The method realizes nutrient supply throughout the growth of corn without performing top dressing in a later stage. The method improves fertilizer utilization, saves labor cost and improves production and income. The present invention effectively improves ventilation and light transmission conditions in the corn field, eliminates the effect of a stubble of a preceding crop on the emergence of corn, improves uniformity, and reduces nutrient loss.

摘要: It is described an integrated process for the production of clinker by dry process, with treatment in continuous of by-pass dusts produced by the kiln, wherein the solid matter to treat consists of bypass dusts of a clinker production process, containing compounds of chloride, sodium, potassium and sulphur, such a process comprising the following steps: a) extraction of the bypass dusts directly from the phase of quench, without intermediate storage, at a temperature comprised between 150 and 200° C., with a moisture content varying from 0.1 to 3% by weight, preferably from 0.1 to 0.5% by weight, and with a quantity of calcium carbonate lower than 55% by weight; b) mixing of said dusts coming from step a), within a maximum time comprised between 2 and 10 minutes, preferably lower than about 5 minutes, with water up to a water/dusts ratio varying from 2:1 to 4:1, preferably from 2.5:1 to 3.5:1, in a way to obtain a mixture with a moisture content comprised between 45 and 75% by weight, preferably between 50% and 55% by weight, even more preferably equal to about 50% by weight; c) mechanical stirring of the mixture diluted up to complete dissolution of the soluble salts; d) mechanical separation of the mixture so diluted in a liquid fraction containing water and soluble salts and in a solid fraction in form of cake or crust.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing sulphate of potash granulates, wherein 0.1 to 7.5 wt % of a potassium chloride are added to the sulphate of potash during the granulation process, the percentage by weight being in relation to the sulphate of potash used. In addition, 0.1 to 2.5 wt % of water are added prior to or during the granulation process. The invention also relates to the granulates obtained by said method as well as the use of potassium chloride for improving the mechanical properties of sulfate of potash granulates. The sulphate of potash granulates produced by the method of the invention have significantly greater bursting strength and significantly greater abrasion resistance than granulates known from the prior art.

摘要: A dry, flowable fertilizer is provided that includes multiple dry, flowable biosolids pellets. Each of the pellets has a pellet surface. Potassium salt grains are adhered to the pellet surfaces and a dust control agent coating is applied to retain the grains on the pellet surfaces. The resultant dry, flowable fertilizer has higher potassium loadings to the potassium salt grains than previous biosolids based fertilizers. A process of forming a fertilizer is also provided that includes tumbling dry, flowable biosolids pellets with powdered potassium salt grains to form a mixture. An aqueous spray is added to adhere the salt grains to the pellet surfaces. With the application of a dust control agent, the salt grains are retained. Potassium levels in NPK units of from 1 to 15 are routinely achieved with greater than 90 elemental % of the potassium is from the surface decorating potassium salt grains.
