摘要: Exemplary embodiments include a filling apparatus that can be connected to a valve on a keg, such as a Sankey-D valve, and can be used to pour alcohol and other liquids into the keg, which may be pre-filled with a non-alcoholic drink mix. The filling apparatus has an upper structure coupled to a valve assembly which is coupled to a lower structure configured to mate with a keg valve. The filling apparatus may be designed to depress portions of the keg valve to allow for both filling and venting of the keg simultaneously. The filling apparatus may include a Sankey-D coupler or a coupler with a probe portion as the lower body portion.

摘要: The present invention provides a device and a method for processing gold leaf to make the gold leaf float on a tea, beverage, alcohol, or the like to be suitable to drink. To this end, provided is a gold leaf processing device and a gold leaf processing method. The gold leaf processing device separates gold leaf from a gold leaf fabric having a first base material attached thereto, and attaches the separated gold leaf to a second base material, the gold leaf processing device comprising: a gold leaf attaching part which dips the gold leaf fabric in an aqueous solution to allow the first base material to be sunk and separated from the gold leaf, and attaches the second base material to the gold leaf remaining, in a floating state, on the surface of the aqueous solution; and a gold leaf fabric transfer part which transfers the gold leaf fabric to the gold leaf attaching part. The gold leaf processing method separates gold leaf from a gold leaf fabric having a first base material attached thereto, and attaches the separated gold leaf to a second base material, the gold leaf processing method comprising the steps of: dipping the gold leaf fabric in an aqueous solution to allow the gold leaf to float on the surface thereof and allow the first base material to be sunk and separated; and attaching the second base material to the gold leaf remaining, in a floating state, on the surface of the aqueous solution.

摘要: Electrochemical devices, such as membrane electrode assemblies and electrochemical reactors, are described herein, as well as and methods for the conversion of reactants such as carbon dioxide to value-added products such as ethanol. In certain aspects, the membrane electrode assemblies are configured to allow for distributed pressure along the cathodic side of a membrane electrode assembly is described. The pressure vessel acts as a cathode chamber, both for the feed of reactant carbon dioxide as well as collection of products. The designs described herein improves the safety of high pressure electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction and allows for varied pressures to be used, in order to optimize reaction conditions. Configurations optimized for producing preferred products, such as ethanol, are also described.

摘要: A small volume metal beverage can is provided. The small volume metal beverage can has a diameter approximately equal to a convention, single serving beverage can, which is typically a diameter of between about 2.0 and 2.25 inches, and a length, significantly less than 2.0 inches but sufficient to contain the required volume of liquid for the small volume that comprises a typical single serving size, which single serving size may range from about 0.5 ounces to about 2.5 ounces. The small volume metal beverage can has a base and a top lid connected by a cylindrical sidewall. The base, top lid, and cylindrical sidewall forms a generally squat form taking a shape similar to an ice hockey puck. The top lid is generally formed with a removable opening, such as, for example, a pull tab or pop top. The small volume metal beverage can is stackable on a conventional beverage can.
