摘要： Disclosed are novel processing methods for green coffee beans that result in novel green coffee bean products, including products that incorporate whole green coffee beans which is combined with a whole hemp powder or CBD. Methods for processing green coffee beans include selecting whole coffee beans in their fresh green unroasted state with naturally-occurring levels of phytonutrients, sterilizing and drying them, applying iterative grinding processes and stabilization techniques, all while avoiding high temperatures. A similar method is used to prepare a whole hemp powder, which may then be combined with the whole green coffee bean powder.

摘要： A device for maturing fresh meat, including meat on the bone, such as beef, is illustrated and described which comprises a treatment container with mechanisms for receiving pieces of fresh meat. The device comprises at least one water supply line by which the treatment container can be filled with treatment water in a way that the mechanisms for receiving pieces of meat, and thus the pieces of meat arranged or placed on the receiving mechanisms, are immersed in the treatment water. A method for maturing fresh meat, including meat on the bone such as beef, is also illustrated and described. According to the invention, provision is made that pieces of meat are matured in treatment water, by being completely immersed in treatment water.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for processing at least one food product. For example, the invention relates to a process of preparing cooked food products, for example fried food products with reduced oil content. A two-step process is performed on the food product before cooking or frying. The food product is first contacted with a first composition comprising at least one divalent cation (e.g. Ca2+ and/or Mg2+) and at least one acid (e.g. carboxylic acid). After removing from the first composition, the food product is contacted with a second composition comprising okra, a part thereof, or an extract thereof, and at least one hydrocolloid. The invention also relates to the compositions used as well as to the food product or at least one such fried food product with reduced oil content.
