摘要: This non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a predetermined chemical composition, when EBSD observation is performed on a surface parallel to a steel sheet surface, in a case where a total area is indicated by Stot, an area of {411} orientated grains is indicated by S411, an area of orientated grains in which a Taylor factor M becomes more than 2.8 is indicated by Styl, a total area of orientated grains in which the Taylor factor M becomes 2.8 or less is indicated by Stra, an average KAM value of the {411} orientated grains is indicated by K411, and an average KAM value of the orientated grains in which the Taylor factor M becomes more than 2.8 is indicated by Ktyl, 0.20≤Styl/Stot≤0.85, 0.05≤S411/Stot≤0.80, S411/Stra≥0.50, and K411/Ktyl≤0.990 are satisfied.

摘要: This invention provides methods for fabricating a hard or soft magnet with tailorable magnetic and crystallographic orientations. Methods are disclosed to individually tailor three-dimensional voxels for selected crystallographic orientations and, independently, selected magnetic orientations with location specificity throughout a magnet. Some variations provide a method of making a magnet, comprising: providing a feedstock composition containing magnetic or magnetically susceptible materials; exposing the feedstock composition to an energy source for melting, thereby generating a first melt layer; solidifying the first melt layer in the presence of an externally applied magnetic field, thereby generating a magnetic metal layer containing a plurality of individual voxels; optionally repeating to generate a plurality of solid layers; and recovering a magnet comprising the magnetic metal layer(s), wherein the externally applied magnetic field has a magnetic-field orientation that is selected to control a magnetic axis and a crystallographic texture within the magnetic metal layer(s).

In the damper spring, a number density of V-based precipitates having a maximum diameter ranging from 2 to 10 nm is 5000 to 80000 pieces/m3.

摘要: A high chromium and silicon-rich corrosion resistant steel is disclosed, which comprises, in weight percent: 22-30% Cr, 2-10% Si, and the balance Fe and incidental impurities, of which a content amount of Cr and Si is less than 37%. Experimental data reveal that, samples of the high chromium and silicon-rich corrosion resistant steel all have a pitting potential greater than 0.8 V and a hardness in a range between HV170 and HV500 in the as-homogenized condition. As a result, experimental data have proved that the high chromium and silicon-rich corrosion resistant steel of the present invention can replace conventional stainless steels having poor pitting resistance like type 304 and type 316 L, and then be adopted for the applications of components and/or structural parts requiring high corrosion resistance.
