摘要: An electrolytic reactor comprises at least one electrolytic cell with an anode compartment and a cathode compartment separated by a separator, in particular a semipermeable membrane. The anode compartment comprises an inlet and an outlet for anolyte at opposed ends, said inlet and outlet being connected with each other via an anolyte circulation pipe equipped with a storage means for anolyte, an anolyte vessel and at least one adsorption filter for adsorbing molecular impurities. When molecular impurities comes from the cathode compartment through the separator, the electrolytic reactor acts also as a cleaning device for the catholyte.

摘要: A catalyst-free electrochemical deuteration method using deuterium oxide as a deuterium source, adding an electrolyte, an organic compound containing an ethylenic bond or acetylenic bond, deuterium oxide, and an organic solvent into a reactor, applying a direct current voltage of 4-8 V between electrodes of a carbon felt in an atmosphere of an inert gas for an electrolytic reaction, to obtain a product, and purifying the product to obtain a deuterated product. In the method provided by the present disclosure, with the organic compound containing an ethylenic bond or acetylenic bond as a raw material, deuterium oxide as a deuterium source, cheap and readily available carbon electrode materials as cathodes and anodes, it is possible to obtain deuterated products by a direct current electrolysis in an organic solvent, without any transition metal catalysts.

摘要: A method for producing 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) by electrocatalytic oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is provided, where the catalytic oxidation is conducted using an electrolytic cell; the electrolytic cell is a three-electrode electrolytic cell or a two-electrode electrolytic cell; an anode used is a monolithic electrode; the monolithic electrode includes a carrier and a catalytically active substance loaded on the carrier; and the catalytically active substance includes cobaltosic oxide particle-encapsulated nitrogen-doped carbon nanowires. The method has high activity and high selectivity, and the anodic catalyst is highly tolerant to HMF.

摘要: An energy utilization system includes a circulation circuit. The circulation circuit includes a pump, a heating section, an electrolytic reduction apparatus, and a thermal energy recovery section. The pump receives a heating medium and outputs the heating medium. The heating section heats the heating medium by using renewable energy or energy obtained from waste heat. The electrolytic reduction apparatus heats an electrolytic solution with heat from the heating medium. The circulation circuit circulates the heating medium. A method for producing a carbon-containing material includes heating a heating medium circulating in a circulation circuit by using renewable energy or energy obtained from waste heat, and performing electrolytic reduction by heating an electrolytic solution with heat from the heating medium that has been heated.
