摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing an embroidery pattern through stitching to a substrate, particularly a method for producing a colored embroidery pattern having color disposition corresponding to a complex shape or stitches, simply and at low cost. The method includes: forming an embroidery base pattern to a substrate by use of single-color embroidery thread; printing a transfer image on an intermediate recording medium having a total light transmittance Tt of 60% or higher by use of a sublimable disperse dye, the transfer image being used for dyeing the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern; superposing the transfer image on the embroidery base pattern, while the intermediate recording medium is positioned from the backside of a printed surface of the recording medium; and heat-pressing the intermediate recording medium from the backside of the recording medium, to thereby dye the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern.

摘要: Disclosed are a polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric, and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric is interwoven by warp and weft, the warp adopts dyed polyester as a covering layer and low-temperature spandex as a core-spun yarn of a core yarn, a weight ratio of the polyester to the low-temperature spandex is 4-49:1, and the polyester is subjected to alkali deweighting treatment to form an eroded surface. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric has good cotton feeling, high elasticity, high color fastness and low ironing shrinkage rate, and is suitable for making high-quality clothing, especially shirts. The manufacturing method of the yarn-dyed fabric is energy-saving and emission-reducing, and can manufacture a novel polyester yarn-dyed fabric with low ironing shrinkage rate, high color fastness and cotton-like hand feeling. Use of the yarn-dyed fabric for making clothing such as shirts increases the selectivity and functionality.

The integrated system includes a first pressurizing pump for pressurizing liquefied CO2 to supercritical CO2 (Sc—CO2); a second pressurizing pump for pressurizing CO2 to liquefied CO2; a liquefied CO2 storage vessel for storing the liquefied CO2 and the separated liquefied CO2 from the one or more cyclone separators; a heater for heating the Sc—CO2; a dyestuff vessel for mixing a dyestuff and the Sc—CO2 to obtain Sc—CO2-mixed dyestuff; a dyeing vessel for dyeing the textile by circulating the Sc—CO2 and the Sc—CO2-mixed dyestuff between the dyeing vessel and the dyestuff vessel; and one or more cyclone separators for removing the dyestuff from the Sc—CO2-mixed dyestuff to obtain separated liquefied CO2.

摘要: Provided herein is an inkjet dye-sublimation ink composition that is formulated to interact with an immobilizing composition such that the ink composition coagulates on the surface of an absorptive substrate, thereby substantially limiting soaking of the ink composition into the substrate. Also provided are a printing process and a printing machine, wherein the ink composition is directly printed on the substrate concomitantly with the immobilizing composition, and thereafter undergo heat-pressing to afford a dye-sublimation transfer of the dye to the substrate, thereby forming an image which is characterized by sharp and well defined edges of the dyed areas.

An ink set for inkjet printing that includes the black ink composition for inkjet printing, and a method for printing on hydrophobic fibers that uses the composition and the ink set.

摘要: Anhydrous dyeing method for textile, including the steps of: using a pure dye as a plating material and a textile fabric as a substrate, and depositing the dye onto a surface of the textile fabric by using a physical vapor deposition technique. The color of plated textile fabric is fixed through steaming, heat setting or other post-processing methods. The invention achieves the purpose of dyeing textile fabric by depositing dye onto the surface of the textile fabric uniformly and densely using a physical vapor deposition technology, and fixing the color in a finishing step. The process is simple and convenient, produces no waste water discharge, has a high utilization rate of dye, and is operable and feasible for mass production.
