摘要: An object is to achieve both good washing fastness and texture by combining a urethane resin of high fracture elongation with a small quantity of crosslinking agent. As a means for achieving the object, an inkjet ink composition for textile printing is provided that contains a pigment, a water-dispersible resin, a crosslinking agent, and water; wherein, as the water-dispersible resin, a resin of 1200 to 1800% in fracture elongation and 10 to 48 MPa in tensile strength is contained by 1.0 to 3.0 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the pigment, and the crosslinking agent is contained by 0.03 to 0.17 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the water-dispersible resin.

摘要: A method for ink-jet printing a two-component silicone-based composition onto a textile substrate is presented. The composition includes a first component having at least one silicone polymer and a second component having at least one cross-linking agent. The method includes the following steps: providing a printing system having at least one print head, itself having at least one print nozzle of spraying the two-component silicone-based composition onto the textile substrate, and a device for producing relative movement between the print head and the textile substrate, spraying the first component and the second component onto the textile substrate via the print nozzle cross-linking the silicone polymer by reaction between the first component and the second component so as to form a printed pattern on the textile substrate.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a printable medium including a polyurethane dispersion. As an example, a printable medium may include a fabric base substrate, with an image-side and a back-side. A film-forming layer may be applied to the image-side of the fabric base substrate, including an anionic polyurethane dispersion having a reactive group on a backbone of the polyurethane dispersion and a reactive group on a capping unit of the polyurethane dispersion. An ink-receiving coating layer may be applied over the film-forming layer, including a crosslink agent.

摘要: A method for manufacturing printed textiles includes the steps of: a) inkjet printing an image onto a textile substrate with one or more inkjet printing liquids containing thermally reactive composite resin particles in an aqueous medium; and b) fixing the inkjet printed image by applying directly and/or indirectly a heat treatment to the image; wherein the thermally reactive composite resin particles contain at least one thermal cross-linker and at least one polymeric resin containing functional groups suitable for reacting with the thermal cross-linker.

摘要: Compositions for and methods of digitally printing an ink image onto a woven textile material are provided. A base application is applied to the surface of a woven textile material, especially one comprising synthetic resin fibers prior to application of an ink image layer. The base application comprises an acrylic latex material that is formulated to be printed on with a digital ink while still wet, thereby eliminating the need for an intermediate drying cycle in between base application deposit and printing of the ink image.

摘要: Improved dyeing processes for yarn and fabric materials are described. Dye pattern definition on a textile material is enhanced by treating the fabric or the fibers from which it is made with a quaternary ammonium compound and by including in the dye composition a gum which will react with the quaternary ammonium compound to form a viscous gel. The gel minimizes migration of the dye prior to fixation of the dye, and therefore pattern definition is improved. Similar improvements can be obtained when space dyeing yarn that comprises fibers that have been so treated.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for textile printing with aqueous dispersions in which an organic fixing agent is crosslinked with a blocked polyisocyanate having (i) an average molecular weight of about 800 to about 25,000, (ii) a content of blocked isocyanate groups, calculated as free NCO and based on non-blocked polyisocyanate, corresponding to an NCO content of about 5 to about 20% by weight, (iii) an ionic group content of about 1 to about 75 milliequivalents per 100 g of blocked polyisocyanate, and (iv) a content of polyalkylene oxide units of about 1 to about 20% by weight, based on blocked polyisocyanate, said blocked polyisocyanate being obtained by the reaction of(a) organic polyisocyanates,(b) isocyanate-reactive compounds containing (potential) ionic groups,(c) polyalkylene ether alcohols,(d) NCO blocking agents, and(e) optionally, isocyanate-reactive compounds that are different from components (b), (c), and (d).

Beforehand, the textile material is treated with a wetting agent and a reaction product of polyethyleneimine and a bifunctional alkylating agent. This is followed by dyeing with reactive dyes in a conventional manner but without the addition of alkali to fix the dyes.
