    摘要: An object is to achieve both good washing fastness and texture by combining a urethane resin of high fracture elongation with a small quantity of crosslinking agent. As a means for achieving the object, an inkjet ink composition for textile printing is provided that contains a pigment, a water-dispersible resin, a crosslinking agent, and water; wherein, as the water-dispersible resin, a resin of 1200 to 1800% in fracture elongation and 10 to 48 MPa in tensile strength is contained by 1.0 to 3.0 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the pigment, and the crosslinking agent is contained by 0.03 to 0.17 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the water-dispersible resin.

    摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a printable medium including a polyurethane dispersion. As an example, a printable medium may include a fabric base substrate, with an image-side and a back-side. A film-forming layer may be applied to the image-side of the fabric base substrate, including an anionic polyurethane dispersion having a reactive group on a backbone of the polyurethane dispersion and a reactive group on a capping unit of the polyurethane dispersion. An ink-receiving coating layer may be applied over the film-forming layer, including a crosslink agent.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing printed textiles includes the steps of: a) inkjet printing an image onto a textile substrate with one or more inkjet printing liquids containing thermally reactive composite resin particles in an aqueous medium; and b) fixing the inkjet printed image by applying directly and/or indirectly a heat treatment to the image; wherein the thermally reactive composite resin particles contain at least one thermal cross-linker and at least one polymeric resin containing functional groups suitable for reacting with the thermal cross-linker.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for textile printing with aqueous dispersions in which an organic fixing agent is crosslinked with a blocked polyisocyanate having (i) an average molecular weight of about 800 to about 25,000, (ii) a content of blocked isocyanate groups, calculated as free NCO and based on non-blocked polyisocyanate, corresponding to an NCO content of about 5 to about 20% by weight, (iii) an ionic group content of about 1 to about 75 milliequivalents per 100 g of blocked polyisocyanate, and (iv) a content of polyalkylene oxide units of about 1 to about 20% by weight, based on blocked polyisocyanate, said blocked polyisocyanate being obtained by the reaction of(a) organic polyisocyanates,(b) isocyanate-reactive compounds containing (potential) ionic groups,(c) polyalkylene ether alcohols,(d) NCO blocking agents, and(e) optionally, isocyanate-reactive compounds that are different from components (b), (c), and (d).
