摘要: A method for degumming bast fibers comprising soaking a source of bast fiber in a saline solution. The source of bast fiber may be soaked in a saline solution having a concentration ranging between less than 1 part per thousand to about 200 parts per thousand. The saline concentration may vary as the source of bast fiber is soaking, or by alternating bast fiber between aqueous solutions of differing ionic concentrations. In one embodiment, the source of bast fiber is soaked in seawater, wherein the saline concentration varies by alternating the salinity using a tide. The source of bast fiber may be hemp.

摘要: The present invention falls within the field of textile products, and specifically provides a brand new production method for a high-low pile towel. The method breaks through the visual monotony of conventional towels and a traditional design method in which two or three adjacent conventional pile loops have a consistent pile loop height in conventional high-low pile towels, but uses a design method in which two or three adjacent pile loops have a inconsistent pile loop height for weaving, and at the same time uses a special dyeing and finishing treatment, whereby the dyed and finished product has a special visual effect, a strong visual impact, and a fluffy and soft hand feel, and the product therefrom has a high additional value without improving the coats, compared with the existing products. The method fills up a blank of high-low pile towels, and can be widely popularized and applied.

摘要: A method for continuous de-sizing of starch-sized woven textiles is described. In this connection, the woven textile is dipped into a bath containing enzyme mixtures as well as bacterial alpha amylases, having a pH of 5 to 7.5, and then treated at an elevated temperature. De-sizing becomes particularly uncomplicated if the woven textile that was treated with the bath in a foulard, in other words the damp woven textile, is passed into an air dryer through which it passes continuously, in which an atmosphere of approximately 120° Celsius and approximately 25 to 30 vol.-% steam content is formed.

摘要: A process for desizing and cleaning fabrics and garments which produces a substantially desized fabric or garment while holding the dye that is removed from the garment in suspension in the bath is disclosed. The process includes the steps of immersing the woven fabric or garments in an aqueous bath containing from about 1.0% to about 8.0% owg of a desizing agent and maintaining the fabric in the desizing bath for a time sufficient to desize the goods while minimizing the removal of dye present in the goods. The desizing agent includes from about 1.0% to about 100% by weight of the desizing agent of a clay and up to about 10% by weight of the desizing agent of at least one surfactant.
