    摘要: A hydraulic motor is provided having radial pistons, with a cylinder block, two main ducts, a fluid distributor, one distribution valve per cylinder, and a control system for controlling the distribution valves. The motor includes at least two elementary motors, and can operate in various different states in which, in each elementary motor, each of the cylinders is connected on the rising ramps to a second main duct and on the falling ramps to a second main duct; a first elementary motor being driving in a first state, and inactive or opposing in a second state, the control system operating the remainder of the hydraulic motor in the same way in these two states. A hydraulic circuit including said motor and a method of controlling such a motor are also provided.

    摘要: Pressurized fluid motor comprising a casing, a cylinder block, a cam, an internal fluid distributor and a selector. The bore of the selector has four grooves. Two of them are communication grooves each connected to a main (feed or exhaust) power duct and to a connection duct, the connection ducts being themselves connected to different groups of distribution ducts. The other two grooves of the bore are branch grooves respectively connected to an additional (feed or exhaust) power duct and to a third connection duct. The slide of the selector comprises at least a first selection groove which is adapted to establish communication between the two branch grooves. By modifying only the shape of the slide, and possibly that of the bore of the additional duct, the selector can provide different functions.

    摘要: A differential hydraulic motor comprises a swash plate joined to an output shaft, and a cylinder block joined to an input shaft. A change-over valve is provided which changes over according to the relative rotation of the output shaft and input shaft, and leads a different fluid pressure to pistons housed in the cylinder block according to whether these pistons are extending or contracting. A rotary distributor is provided which connects a high pressure port and low pressure port in a casing to the change-over valve even when the cylinder block is rotating. This rotary distributor comprises a port block which is free to slide in the casing. Pressure from the high pressure port acts on a piston formed on an end face of the port block so as to push the port block against a sliding surface of a cover block joined to the cylinder block. Annular ports connected to the high pressure port and low pressure port are formed on this sliding surface, and high pressure and low pressure are led to the change-over valve from these annular ports.

The bridge has four main ducts of a first type (feed or exhaust) and two main ducts of a second type (exhaust or feed). The overall casing has three upstream ducts respectively connected to the first and second main ducts of the first type themselves connected to distribution ducts of the first motor, to third and fourth main ducts of the first type, themselves connected to distribution ducts of the second motor, and to first and second main ducts of the second type, themselves connected to distribution ducts of both motors. The bridge includes an anti-spin device capable of selectively reducing the flow rate in the first upstream duct and in the second upstream duct for selectively correcting spin of the first and second motors.

    摘要: A pump has in a housing a revolvable shaft which drives a piston stroke guide body. Drive pistons are provided with piston shoes which run on the guide face of the piston stroke guide body and drive fluid supply pistons of smaller diameter. The pump preferies a fluid separator between lubricating and non-lubricating fluid, like for example, between oil and water, whereof one of the fluids flows through an inner chamber which is provided with inlet and outlet valves while the outer fluid acts in an outer chamber which is open toward the cylinder wherein the fluid supply piston reciprocates. Dead space fillers are provided to prevent losses by compression of fluid and seal means are assembled to prevent leakage of fluid from one into the other of the chambers. The fluid separator may be compressible and expandable within the plastic deformable range of the material whereof it is made. The pump includes sophisticated technologies which necessiated more than half a decade of intensive research and testing but it is now capable of pumping fluid, including water, of several thousand atmospheres of pressure.

    摘要: A hydraulic piston and cylinder machine includes a plurality of pistons and cylinders, a ring of ports for alternatively supplying fluid into, and for allowing the fluid to be discharged from each cylinder, and a cam having a plurality of lobes to control the displacement of the pistons in a cylinder block with respect to the progression of the cylinder block along the direction of the cam or vice versa. Each of the pistons traverses each of the cam lobes during a full rotation of the machine to undergo a number of piston strokes equal to the number of lobes. A control valve is adjustable to route working fluid discharged through at least one of the fluid discharge ports of the machine to the exhaust fluid outlet of the machine during each full rotation of the machine via an isolated pressure zone of the machine. In this zone the pressure of fluid is maintained at a level intermediate the supply and exhaust pressures of working fluid to and from the machine, so as to reduce the capacity of the machine to receive and discharge working fluid. The isolated pressure zone is of constant volume and always includes, at any given time, the cylinders associated with at least two pistons of the machine.

    摘要: A hydraulic arrangement has a housing which includes a first space of a definite first pressure and a second space with a lower second pressure. A primary pump supplies fluid under the first pressure into the first space to open the entrance ports into cylinders, which contain pistons therein, whereby the pistons are forced partially out of the cylinders and into the mentioned second space. In the second space the pistons are moved inwardly into the cylinders by an eccentric cam ring to supply a flow of fluid of a fourth pressure out of the outlet of the arrangement's housing.In modified embodiments the arrangement is a pressure transmission, which takes in a third pressure to drive a motor in the arrangement which in turn drives the shaft with the eccentric cam and the unit then exits the fourth pressure, which might be a very high pressure of up to more than ten thousand pounds per square inch. Still other embodiments show in several modifications a device to reciprocate or oscillate exterior linear or rotary motors either permanently or stepwise in predetermined cycles. Working actions of machines or vehicles can so be driven and controlled by the arrangement without additional control facilities, when so desired.

The fluid under pressure acts in working chambers to produce a torque and thereby to drive the motor, constituting with the associated parts the drive of the motor.At least one separated fluid line supplies fluid into a space which includes or operates an additional member provided on the fluid motor. The mentioned fluid line and space are able to operate independently of the drive system of the motor.It is thereby possible to operate over the fluid line, for example by remote control, the additional member on the motor independently of the fluid flow of the drive of the motor. The additional member is thereby able to do an additional work or function independently of the drive of the motor.In other embodiments of the invention, the additional member may work in unison or dependence on the fluid drive of the motor, when so desired. Instead of applying only a single separated fluid line a number of separated fluid lines can also be applied and may provide different actions of one or more additional members on the fluid motor.
