摘要: A crankshaft assembly for a motor vehicle drive train, including a crankshaft segment and a centrifugal pendulum secured thereon, which has a carrier secured to the crankshaft segment and at least one pendulum mass that moves relative to the carrier along a predetermined track. The crankshaft assembly has a friction unit connected to the carrier, which rests on the at least one pendulum mass such that, with a relative movement of the pendulum mass in relation to the carrier, the friction unit applies a frictional torque on the pendulum mass counteracting the relative movement, wherein the friction unit extends over a peripheral section of less than 360°.

摘要: A power transmission system including: a motor that includes a rotor, and a stator provided outside the rotor and movable in a rotation axis direction of the rotor; a moving member that is connected to the stator and movable in the rotation axis direction; a clutch that disables transmission of power between the rotor and a power transmission member, in conjunction with movement of the moving member; a power source that applies a voltage to a coil wound around the stator and the moving member, and an operation control part that switches between a connected state where the clutch transmits power and a disconnected state where the clutch does not transmit power, by causing the power source to apply a voltage to the coil to move the stator in the rotation axis direction of the rotor.

摘要: A pendulum weight for a centrifugal pendulum absorber for a flywheel of a vehicle includes a bearing surface that, when the pendulum weight is mounted radially outside of a central axis of the pendulum absorber, cooperates with a corresponding bearing surface provided on a separate part of the pendulum absorber, with respect to which separate part the pendulum weight is thereby configured to be movable along a predetermined pendulum path. The pendulum weight further includes a pocket formed in connection with the bearing surface, the pocket being configured to receive at least a portion of the separate part when the pendulum weight moves along the pendulum path. The pendulum weight includes an outward portion and a separate inward portion which are assemblable to form the pendulum weight, the outward portion being configured to be located radially outside of the inward portion with respect to the central axis when mounted.

The power take off further includes a two piece damping assembly that minimizes the transmission of torque transients from the input mechanism to the output mechanism. The two piece damping assembly may be an input cluster gear assembly that includes a first gear portion and a second gear portion that are supported for rotational movement relative to one another. The two piece damping assembly may also be part of a clutch assembly for selectively the output mechanism to be rotatably driven by the input mechanism.

摘要: A centrifugal pendulum includes a first support plate, being able to rotate around a rotation axis; a second support plate, facing the first support plate in the axial direction and fixed to the first support plate. A mass is disposed between the first support plate and the second support plate in the axial direction. The first support plate has a first protrusion extending axially, and the first protrusion is integrally formed with the first support plate and defines a first track. The mass has a through hole extending axially, and the through hole defines a second track. The first protrusion extends into said through hole such that the first track faces the second track in the radial direction. A roller is disposed between the first track and the second track in the radial direction, and is capable of rolling against the first track and the second track, such that the mass is able to move relative to the first and second support plates and apply a torque onto the first and second support plates. The present invention also discloses a torque transmitting device comprising the centrifugal pendulum and a vehicle.

摘要: A vibration damping device for use with downhole electronics may comprise: a device housing mechanically coupled to the downhole electronics and defining a receptacle; and an inertia element movably supported in the receptacle; wherein the volume of the receptacle is greater than the volume of the inertia element so as to define an interstitial volume therebetween and wherein the interstitial volume is occupied by a fluid or an elastomer. A method for tuning a downhole torsional damping device to match a desired downhole electronics may comprise a) calculating a set of natural frequencies and mode shapes for the downhole electronics, b) selecting a desired frequency from the calculated natural frequencies, c) tuning the damping device characteristics to match the selected frequency, d) using the mode shapes to place the damping device. The mode shapes may include antinodes and step d) includes positioning a damping device at an antinode.
