The device includes a reservoir for the lubricant, a reservoir for the grit, a metering unit for metering the lubricant, a metering unit for metering the grit, a delivery apparatus for delivering the lubricant, a delivery apparatus for delivering the grit, and a common dispensing nozzle. The apparatus for delivering the lubricant and the apparatus for delivering the grit are separate from each other and end in the common dispensing nozzle, the friction-coefficient-optimizing mixture therefore not being formed until the dispensing, and an additional compressed air line is provided, which ends in the common dispensing nozzle.

摘要： System, apparatus, and method for delivering grease to process valve(s). The system generally includes a grease cylinder to which grease is delivered, a piston, an actuator, and a first process valve. The piston extends at least partially within the grease cylinder. The actuator strokes the piston within the grease cylinder to meter a first amount of the delivered grease to the first process valve. The actuator comprises a power cylinder within which the piston extends. The piston comprises a head portion slidably disposed in the power cylinder and dividing the power cylinder into first and second chambers. The head portion has a first cross-sectional area. The piston includes another portion contacting the grease in the grease cylinder and having a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area. The actuator may also meter a second amount of the delivered grease to a second process valve.

摘要： A high-pressure unit (HPU) skid includes one or more hydraulic pumps, a grease pump, a hydraulic reservoir, and two or more accumulators all mounted on a portable frame. The HPU skid also includes fluidic connections to connect one or more valves to an output of the grease pump and fluidic connections to connect one or more valves to an output of at least one of the two or more accumulators. The accumulators are configured to close at least one of the one or more valves using a charged pressure. The HPU skid further includes fluidic connections to connect one or more valves to at least one of the one or more hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic pumps are configured to withdraw hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic reservoir for charging the accumulators, operating the grease pump, charging the accumulators and operating the grease pump at a same time, or operating one or more valves.

摘要： A device for processing of a liquid that includes a device-input for receiving the liquid to be processed at an input-pressure, a device-output for returning the processed liquid at an output-pressure, and a process chamber having a chamber-inlet and a chamber-outlet, and a feed-line for connecting the chamber-inlet to the device-input. The feed-line includes a multi-stage pump for increasing the pressure of the liquid from the input-pressure to a feed-pressure at the chamber-inlet, a discharge-line for connecting the chamber-outlet to the device-output which discharge-line includes back-pressure means adapted to maintain a discharge-pressure at the chamber-outlet upstream of the back-pressure means at an excess-pressure above the output-pressure, and to reduce the pressure of the liquid from the discharge-pressure to the output-pressure downstream of the back-pressure means. The pump in the feed-line is a first stage of a multiple-stage gear pump. The back-pressure means in the discharge-line is a second stage of the multiple-stage gear pump. The second stage is mechanically coupled to the first stage.

The pressure accumulator tank system of an embodiment includes a main distribution line, a main pump, a pressure switch and at least one feeding line. The main pump is configured to pump the substance into the main distribution line. The pressure switch is located in the main distribution line and is configured to control operation of the main pump to maintain a select pressure in the main distribution line. Each feeding line includes a feeding conduit, a pressure accumulator and a manifold. The feeding conduit is coupled to the main distribution line to receive the substance in the main distribution line. The pressure accumulator is coupled to provide a select pressure in the feeding conduit. The manifold has an inlet and at least one outlet. The inlet of the manifold is coupled to the feeding conduit. Each outlet is configured to output the substance to a distribution zone.

摘要： Self-contained lubricant delivery apparatus for crushing unitized lubricant elements and delivering flowable lubricant from the crushed elements to lubricant requiring portions of a die casting machine. The apparatus includes a cylinder body defining a delivery cylinder closable by an end wall of a movable reaction body and which is opened by an actuating cylinder for insertion of an element of flowable lubricant in a crushable container or formed as a pellet. When the delivery cylinder is closed, a ram in the cylinder crushes the lubricant element against the end wall, forcing the lubricant through a restricted passage and hydraulic conduit to the lubricant requiring portion of the die casting machine.

摘要： A cartridge containing a current-generating cell and a gas-generating cell electrically connected therewith is received in a cylindrical seat of a bottom part of a unit fitting into an end of a lubricant receptacle housing and closing this end thereof. The lubricant receptacle housing can be connected by a fitting at the opposite end of a machine to be lubricated. The unit has a cover cap on its bottom part which can be forced off the latter when gas is generated in the unit to displace the lubricant out of the housing.
