摘要: The invention concerns a process for detecting water leaks in smelting furnaces (2; 4) or in metal or alloy treatment plants, comprising the following steps: (i) providing at least one smelting furnace (2; 4), or at least one metal or alloy treatment plant provided with a water cooling system (5) and being connected to a process fume exhaust system; (ii) mixing in the cooling water a tracer chemical which is volatile in the event of water leakage together with the exhaust gases and which is suitable to be detected by an analysis system of the exhaust gases; and (iii) detecting said tracer chemical contained in the exhaust gases by said analysis system comprised in said process fume exhaust plant, wherein said tracer chemical is deuterated water. The invention further refers to a Plant for the production of metals or alloys.

The memory is operatively coupled to the processor such that, when executed by the processor, the computer code instructions cause the system to implement communicating with a furnace to ascertain one or more thermal processes associated with the furnace, identifying one or more object characteristics associated with an object to be processed by furnace, and determining a thermal processing parameter profile of at least one thermal processing parameter corresponding to each of the thermal processes, based on (i) the one or more part characteristics and (ii) the one or more materials properties, the thermal processing parameter profile characterizing a cycle of the one or more thermal processes.

摘要: A detachable multi-station parallel synchronous and asynchronous control system for a gas oven includes a controller, a plurality of temperature sensors, a solenoid valve, a stepper motor, and a remote control terminal. The plurality of temperature sensors are installed on a plurality of stations, respectively. The controller generates a control signal, and sends the control signal to a driver through a communication network, so that the driver generates a driving signal according to the control signal, and sends the driving signal to a multi-station coordinated control system. The multi-station coordinated control system controls the stepper motor and the solenoid valve of each station according to the drive signal. A sensor is configured to collect position information and speed information of a plurality of target motors and generate a detection signal. A method for using the detachable multi-station parallel synchronous and asynchronous control system is further provided.

摘要: A device and method for measuring the thickness of a cooling plate are related. The device is designed to fit inside a coolant channel of the cooling plate and includes a probe holder housing having a front sensor side and an opposite back side, in which an ultrasonic probe is arranged. A flexible cord is linked to the probe housing to assist the progression of the probe holder through the length of the coolant channel. The probe holder includes an expandable structure having front and rear levers articulated on the housing at opposite ends wherein spring elements are arranged to bias the levers towards one another. The expandable structure is configured to expand from a compact configuration to an expanded configuration, designed to bear against the inner surface of the coolant channel and bias the sensor side of the sensor housing against the inner surface of the coolant channel.

摘要: A sealing system for isolating the environment inside a vitrification container from the outside environment comprises a vitrification container with a lid. The lid comprises two or more electrode seal assemblies through which two or more electrodes may be operatively positioned and extend down through the lid into the vitrification container. The electrodes may move axially up and down through the electrode seal assemblies or lock into place. The electrode seal assemblies each comprise a housing having two halves with recessed ring grooves. Sealing rings with a split may be placed into the grooves. Gas galleries may be machined or cast into the housing such that they are adjacent to the ring grooves. The gas galleries distribute gas onto the external faces of the sealing rings causing a change in pressure resulting in the sealing rings compressing onto the electrodes and forming a seal.
