摘要: Systems and methods for storing fluid are described. In some embodiments, a system may include a container having an internal volume that is configured to change as fluid enters or exits, a first shell component, and a second shell component. The first shell component may limit an expansion of the container in a first direction, and the second shell component may limit the expansion of the container in a second direction that is opposite the first direction.

摘要: A level sensor comprises an electrical-connection structure and a level-detection structure. The level-detection structure comprises a plurality of elongated electrodes, which include at least three measuring electrodes. The elongated electrodes extend at least partially in side-by-sidey positions in a length direction of the level-detection structure and each have a proximal end and a distal end relative to the electrical-connection structure. The level-detection structure is divided, in the length direction, into a succession of detection sections, each of which includes two effective portions of two respective measuring electrodes, the two effective portions extending to a prevalent extent substantially parallel and equidistant, at a first predetermined distance from each other, in the length direction. In the detection sections there also extends, in the length direction, a non-effective portion of one further elongated electrode other than the two measuring electrodes that define the two effective portions of the corresponding detection section, the at least one further elongated electrode being one measuring electrode or else a reference electrode. The elongated electrodes are shaped in such a way that, at one or more of the detection sections, the non-effective portion of the at least one further elongated electrode extends to a prevalent extent at respective second predetermined distances from the corresponding two effective portions, the second predetermined distances being greater than the first predetermined distance.

摘要: The present invention provides a liquid level sensor and an automatic calibration process which removes the need for prior manual calibration of the liquid level sensor, as this happens dynamically during installation and use of the pump. Further, by frequently monitoring the calibration of the sensor and correcting for long term drift or contamination on the sensing surface, the reliability of the liquid level sensor is considerably better than those of the prior art. By operating a solid state sensor, there are no moving parts in the liquid level sensor described above.

摘要: In a method for operating a household steam treatment appliance which includes an evaporator with a heatable water holding chamber and a fill level sensor with at least two measurement electrodes, which are disposed over one another at a distance from each other in the heatable water holding chamber, a water detection measured value provided for indicating wetting of the at least two measurement electrodes with water introduced into the water holding chamber is adapted in an adaptation process to an electrical conductivity of the water in the water holding chamber.

摘要: A fluid-level sensor includes a housing, a substrate supported by the housing and defining an arcuate slot completely though a thickness of the substrate, and electrically conductive traces disposed on a backside of the substrate. A wiper assembly is disposed adjacent to a front side of the substrate and includes an arm pivotal relative to the substrate and a wiper attached to the arm. The wiper has an elongate neck extending through the slot and a head attached to the neck and in contact with the traces to close an electric circuit, wherein the wiper is configured to move along the slot and slide across the traces responsive to pivoting of the arm to vary resistance of the electric circuit to output a fluid-level reading.

摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to liquid level meter, and more particularly, to a flexible multi liquid level measurement apparatus and method. There is a vast need in industry and water resource management to measure level of liquid in arbitrary shaped well and in tank contained more than one liquid. Ordinary methods are not capable to determine liquid level in said cases. This disclosure proposes a liquid level meter (910) which measurement apparatus (905) is flexible. The apparatus is capable to measure liquid level in an arbitrary shape well or tank (900) where the well or tank has filled with more than one liquid (915,920,925). The measurement apparatus and method disclosed here is completely digital at inventive subject matter level and doesn't affect by environmental noises and conditions.

摘要: Method, system, apparatus, and/or device for determining when the dewar is filled with a medium. The fill gauge level apparatus includes a cylindrical body. The cylindrical body has a base on one end, a flange on an opposite open end and a cavity. The fill gauge level apparatus includes a fill gauge level device. The fill gauge level device is coupled to the cylindrical body and is positioned within the cavity. The fill gauge level devices includes a sensor for measuring a medium within a shipper. The fill gauge level devices includes an indicator. The indicator provides an indication when the medium has been filled to a threshold level within the shipper.
