摘要: Testing of a battery module can be conducted using monitoring electronics attached to the battery module. Stimulus can be applied to the battery module and removed. After removal of the stimulus, the monitoring electronics can collect signals from the monitoring electronics reflecting parameters of the battery module as it relaxes back to a non-stimulated state. The stimulus can be provided by test equipment or by components of a system in which the battery module, having attached monitoring electronics, is implemented. The monitoring electronics attached to the battery module can provide autonomous recording of signals associated with the battery module that can provide data regarding the status of the battery module or one or more batteries contained in the battery module.

摘要: A cell number determination device, a charge and discharge control device, and a battery device with small circuit scale are provided. The cell number determination device includes: multiple differential amplifiers provided corresponding to multiple cells in a battery pack, of which the cell number is changeable, equipped with multiple cells connected in series; and multiple output circuits provided corresponding to the differential amplifiers. An input differential pair of the differential amplifiers includes a heteropolar gate NMOS transistor and an NMOS transistor.

摘要: Provided is method of calibrating a state of charge (SOC) of a first battery module and a SOC of a second battery module that are serially connected to each other, the method including calculating the SOC of the first battery module, calculating the SOC of the second battery module, and based on the SOC of the first battery module and the SOC of the second battery module, using a direct-current-to-direct-current (DC-to-DC) converter that is electrically connected in parallel with the second battery module to calibrate the SOC of the second battery module by controlling a charge/discharge current between a storage unit and the second battery module, the storage unit being connected in parallel with the second battery module and the DC-to-DC converter.

摘要: Disclosed are a method and a device for detecting inconsistency of single cells in vehicle battery, and a medium. The method includes obtaining current battery data for a vehicle under test, determining whether the current battery data corresponds to a charging or discharging condition, and separately evaluating the presence of inconsistency in cells under each condition. This enables distinct detection for charging and discharging conditions, thereby enhancing detection accuracy.

摘要: A battery state detection device includes a sensor, communicator circuitry, and estimator circuitry. The sensor is configured to measure at least one of a voltage, a current, and a temperature of a rechargeable battery installed to a vehicle. The communicator circuitry is configured to obtain reference information relating to battery state detection from an external device. The estimator circuitry is configured to estimate a state of the rechargeable battery based on a measured value of the sensor. The estimator circuitry is configured to correct at least one of an estimation equation and a parameter based on the reference information.

摘要: An open cell detection system includes a battery management system. The battery management system includes a control unit that transmits an open cell detection signal, to enable a balance unit for a first time period and to disable it for a second time period, and to enable an under-voltage comparison unit and an over-voltage comparison unit for a third time period. The under-voltage comparison unit compares a voltage with a first open cell threshold and outputs a first comparison result in the third time period. The over-voltage comparison unit compares a voltage with a second open cell threshold and outputs a second comparison result in the third time period. A judging unit determines whether a connection between a first battery unit and the battery management system is inoperative based on the first and second comparison results.

摘要: A battery diagnosing technology capable of effectively diagnosing a state of a secondary battery using a charge and discharge signal extracted from the secondary battery, including memory to store a positive electrode reference profile and a negative electrode reference profile for charge or discharge of a reference battery, a voltage sensor to measure a voltage of a target battery during a charge or discharge process, and a processor to generate a plurality of charge and discharge measurement profiles based on voltages measured at a plurality of different time points, compare each of the generated charge and discharge measurement profiles with a simulation profile obtained from the positive and negative electrode reference profiles, and determine positive and negative electrode adjustment profiles for each of the generated charge and discharge measurement profiles so that an error between each charge and discharge measurement profile and the simulation profile is within a predetermined level.

摘要: A battery cell resistance measurement device including: a carrier signal generation module configured to generate a carrier signal of a first frequency and a second frequency different from the first frequency; a resistance unit including a first resistor and a second resistor having a different resistance value from the first resistor; an impedance measurement unit configured to measure an impedance of both ends of a corresponding application target in a state where the carrier signal is applied to any one of the first resistor, the second resistor, and a battery cell; a switching unit configured to selectively connect any one of the first resistor, the second resistor, and the battery cell to the impedance measurement unit; and a control unit configured to calculate an internal resistance of the battery cell based on the impedance value measured by the impedance measurement unit.
