摘要: A gas detector fabrication method is provided. The method includes: fabricating a signal readout plate: fabricating metal readout electrodes on an upper end surface of a lower insulating layer, and covering upper end surfaces of the metal readout electrodes with an upper insulating layer; pressing the signal readout plate and performing surface processing: pressing the signal readout plate on a substrate, and making a side, distant from the substrate, of the upper insulating layer to be a plane; fabricating a resistive anode electrode: fabricating a resistive layer on an upper end surface of the signal readout plate, and fixing a low-resistance electrode ring to a periphery of an upper end surface of the resistive layer; and fabricating a detector amplification assembly: fixing a support frame to an upper end of the low-resistance electrode ring, and fixing a micro-grid electrode to an upper end of the support frame.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relates to methods, systems, and apparatus for monitoring radiation output of lamps of processing chambers. In some embodiments, a system contains a plurality of lamps coupled to a chamber, and one or more radiation sensors. Each lamp is identified with one or more zones, the radiation sensors are coupled to the chamber, where each radiation sensor is proximal at least one lamp. A controller contains instructions that, when executed, cause: the radiation sensors to convey, to the controller, information associated with radiation emitted by the lamps; the controller to analyze the information, the analyzing including: for each zone: determining a function of radiation over time; and monitoring the function for a condition associated with lamp aging; and the controller to, based on the analyzing the information, perform at least one of the following: vary input power delivered to the lamps; and generate an alert.

The system may include the ionization chamber including: a chamber housing including one or more chamber walls; a chamber volume inside the chamber housing, the chamber volume being filled with a radiation sensitive material; and a pressure adjustment apparatus operably coupled to the chamber volume via at least one wall of the one or more chamber walls, the pressure adjustment apparatus being configured to equalize a first pressure of the radiation sensitive material inside the chamber volume and a second pressure of ambient air outside the chamber housing.

摘要: A radiation latency measurement system, having a pulse detector connected to a radiation detector mounted within a phantom that is configured to be positioned within a radiation treatment system which delivers a radiation dose to the radiation detector. The pulse detector has a first circuit that applies a high voltage bias to the radiation detector and a second circuit that amplifies the voltage signal from the radiation detector with a fixed gain first amplification stage and a variable gain second amplification stage. A first comparator receives the amplified signal and generates an output signal when the amplified signal exceeds a specified voltage level and a second comparator that processes and filters the output signal. The timing of receipt of the radiation dose signal may be compared to the position of the radiation detector in order to measure a radiation dose latency of the radiation treatment system.

摘要: A two-dimensional imaging system and a two-dimensional or three-dimensional optical tomographic mapping system, each employing gas scintillation induced by ionizing radiation, i.e., radioluminescence, and corresponding methods, are disclosed. The systems may employ one or more cameras and corresponding UV filters (potentially solar blind filters) for imaging a radioluminescent scene. For two-dimensional or three-dimensional mapping, the resultant UV images are spatially registered with one another and then reconstructed to form a three-dimensional tomographic map of the ionizing radiation. The two-dimensional map is a plane of the three-dimensional map. The UV images may be spatially registered by using a reference source, optionally, a calibrated reference source allowing dosimetry calculations for the ionizing radiation. Molecular nitrogen is the primary candidate for the radioluminescent gas, though a controlled ambient in a chamber of nitric oxide, argon, krypton, or xenon may be employed. The reconstruction process employs an algebraic reconstruction technique or an Abel inversion.
