摘要: An imaging-lens manufacturing apparatus manufactures an imaging lens provided with a plurality of lenses including an adjusted lens. The imaging-lens manufacturing apparatus includes a stage configured to hold at least the plurality of lenses excluding the adjusted lens; a lens adjusting mechanism configured to hold the adjusted lens, and capable of adjusting a position of the adjusted lens with respect to the plurality of lenses excluding the adjusted lens; a light source; a reticle disposed between the imaging lens and the light source, and having three or more slits that allow light from the light source to pass; and a light detecting unit having a plurality of sensors each configured to detect, via the imaging lens, a corresponding one of a plurality of light-ray bundles composed of the light from the light source passed through the three or more slits.

摘要: The invention provides a device and method for calibrating a lens distortion center. The device includes a rotating frame, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism. The first driving mechanism is connected with the rotating frame for driving the rotating frame to rotate. A calibration plate is arranged in the rotating frame and connected with the rotating frame through a rotating shaft. The second driving mechanism is connected with the calibration plate for driving the calibration plate to rotate relative to the rotating frame, and a lens placement platform is provided at a front end of the calibration plate. The device of the invention can adjust the relative position between the calibration plate and the lens through the cooperation of the first driving mechanism with the second driving mechanism, so that a lens can acquire different images to achieve calibration of lens distortion.

A multi-channel light source (also referred to as a “multi-channel emitter”) can be designed to produce visible light and/or non-visible light. For example, some embodiments of the multi-channel light source include illuminant(s) capable of emitting electromagnetic radiation within the visible range and illuminant(s) capable of emitting electromagnetic radiation in a non-visible range, such as the ultraviolet range or infrared range. By capturing images in conjunction with the visible and non-visible light, additional information on the ambient scene can be gleaned which may be useful, for example, during post-processing.

摘要: An automatic robot control system and methods relating thereto are described. These systems include components such as a touch screen panel (“TSP”) robot controller for controlling a TSP robot, a camera robot controller for controlling a camera robot and an audio robot controller for controlling an audio robot. The TSP robot operates inside a TSP testing subsystem, the camera robot operates inside a camera testing subsystem, and the audio robot operates inside an audio testing subsystem. Inside the audio testing subsystem, an audio signals measurement system, using a bi-directional coupling, controls the operation of the audio robot controller. In this control scheme, a test application controller is designed to control the different types of subsystem robots. Methods relating to TSP, camera, and audio robots, and their controllers, taken individually or in combination, for automatic testing of device functionalities are also described.

In one aspect, the apparatus includes an optical assembly including a spatially extended light source and one or more optical elements arranged to direct light from the spatially extended light source along an optical path, a moveable frame supporting the optical assembly including one or more adjustable alignment features for guiding positioning of the stray-light testing apparatus relative to an onboard camera on a vehicle, and a shrouding mechanism attached to the frame and positioned on the frame such that, when the stray-light testing apparatus is aligned relative to the onboard camera on the vehicle and the optical path of the optical assembly is within the field of view of the onboard camera, ambient light exposure for the onboard camera is below a threshold.
