摘要： Provided is a trigger switch that is incorporated into an electric device such as a power tool and drives a drive part such as a drive motor of the electric device, and is capable of adjusting the force required to press a trigger. A trigger switch TS includes a trigger 1 that moves from a release position in a pulling direction in response to a pulling operation, and a return spring 5 that urges the trigger 1 in a direction opposite to the pulling direction. The return spring 5 included in the trigger switch TS is pressed in the pulling direction by the movement of the trigger 1 and increases the urging force in accordance with the force of pressing. The trigger switch TS includes an adjustment member 6 that adjusts the urging force of the return spring 5 at the release position of the trigger 1.

摘要： A stackable electrical contact block includes a housing, the housing having a top and bottom side and accommodating a first and second electrical terminal, an actuation pusher adapted to move from a resting position to an actuated position to break the contact between the first and second terminals, the actuation pusher having a head protruding from the top side, a clearance below the actuation pusher, and a return spring biasing the actuation pusher towards its resting position, a bottom end of the return spring extending into the clearance. The housing's bottom side is a connection interface with an entrance providing access to the clearance. A central part of the clearance is taken up by the bottom end of the return spring, and a peripheral part is a space for receiving the actuation head of a component connected to the contact block via the connection interface.

The switching element being stationary relative to the guide housing and the actuator being movable relative to the guide housing. The actuator actuates the switching element against the restoring force when the actuator is moved relative to the guide housing in an actuating direction of the actuator towards the switching element. The resilient tolerance compensation element is arranged between the guide housing and the actuator. The resilient compensation element has a spring force directed in the actuating direction of the actuator towards the switching element and opposite the restoring force of the return spring of the switching element.

The first support and the second support are connected to and between the base and the keycap, so that the keycap can move relative to the base in a vertical direction. The spring structure is a single structural part and is connected to the first support and the second support and drives the first support and the second support to lift the keycap in the vertical direction. The lift mechanism as a whole defines a central space that extends through the whole lift mechanism in the vertical direction. The spring structure does not enter the central space. The light-emitting part is disposed on the base corresponding to the central zone, and emits light to illuminate the keycap.

摘要： An illuminated keyswitch structure with an illuminating module includes a base plate, a drive circuit board under the base plate, a spacer between the drive circuit board and the base plate, and a light-emitting part on the circuit board. The spacer has a through hole communicating with an opening of the base plate in a vertical direction. The light-emitting part is located in the through hole, and falls within a projection of the opening in the vertical direction. The light-emitting part has a top surface that is lower than or equal to a bottom surface of the base plate in the vertical direction. The structure of the illuminated keyswitch structure around the light-emitting part can keep flat by the spacer. The spacer can prevent the light-emitting part from structurally entering the opening, avoiding structural interference between the light-emitting part and other components above the base plate.

摘要： An enhanced push-button includes a keycap disposed on an elastic member and having a top surface and an opposing bottom surface, and a reinforcing member mounted on the bottom surface of the keycap and having an outer surface facing the elastic member and an abutting portion located on the outer surface. The abutting portion has a contact surface recessed on the outer surface. A power contact switch is provided including a first conductive body, a second conductive body, and a contact switch. The first and second conductive bodies are mounted on a first surface of the circuit board and include pins received through through-holes of the circuit board to make electrical contact with two conductive tracks on a second surface of the circuit board. The contact switch pivotably is secured to the first conductive body and pivotably moveable by the sliding member to make contact with the second conductive body with movement of the actuator. A flyback diode is electrically connected between the first and second conductive track on the second surface of the circuit board parallel to the power contact switch.
