摘要: The present disclosure provides a coating for battery separator, a preparation method thereof, a battery separator and a battery, where a coating slurry of the coating for the battery separator includes a dispersion medium, a nanomaterial, and a polymer containing polar functional groups; the coating has a surface pore size of 10 nm-30 nm, and a surface roughness of 200 nm-500 nm, and the coating has a hydroxyl content of 100 mg KOH/g-4000 mg KOH/g. The coating for battery separator, the preparation method thereof, the battery separator and the battery can solve a problem of deformation of battery separators due to the induction of electrolyte solutions.

摘要: The present invention relates to a rechargeable battery comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the positive electrode comprises a positive electrode active material selected from a lithium cobalt oxide, a lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, a lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide, or a combination thereof, wherein the separator including: a porous substrate; and a coating layer on at least one surface of the porous substrate. The porous substrate essentially consists of polyolefin and the thickness of the porous substrate is about 5 μm to about 15 μm. The coating layer faces the positive electrode and includes a (meth)acrylic copolymer including a first structural unit derived from (meth)acrylamide, a second structural unit derived from (meth)acrylonitrile, and a third structural unit derived from (meth)acrylamido sulfonic acid, (meth)acrylamido sulfonic acid salt, or a combination thereof. The heat shrinkage rate in traverse direction of the separator is less than 5%.

摘要: A separator includes a substrate and a ceramic coating layer disposed on at least one surface of the substrate. The ceramic coating layer includes a first filler, a second filler, and a binder. A mass ratio between the first filler, the second filler, and the binder is (88.5 to 99):(0.5 to 10):(0.5 to 1.5). An ionic impedance of the ceramic coating layer is 0.001 Ω to 0.15 Ω. The separator based on the above settings exhibits a relatively low ionic impedance, indicating that the kinetic performance of the separator is improved. The separator as applied in an electrochemical device improves the kinetic performance of the electrochemical device.

摘要: Provided is a separator for a lithium secondary battery including a porous substrate and a coating layer including a binder and inorganic particles formed on one surface or both surfaces of the porous substrate. The binder is a binder including: (a) a (meth)acrylamide-based monomer polymerization unit, (b) a (meth)acryl-based monomer polymerization unit containing a hydroxyl group, and (c) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylamide-based monomer polymerization unit. The separator according to the present invention provides a separator for a lithium secondary battery having improved adhesive strength between the inorganic particles and the separator, showing a decreased interfacial resistance characteristic, and showing an improved air permeability.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a non-woven separator for a lithium secondary battery, includes: (S1) preparing a first solution of β-chitin dissolved in a first solvent and a second solution of vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer (PVDF-TrFE) dissolved in a second solvent; (S2) coaxial electrospinning with the first solution as a core solution and the second solution as a shell solution to produce a non-woven fabric formed of a fiber with a core-shell structure having a core portion of the β-chitin and a shell portion of the vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer; and (S3) performing heat treatment on the non-woven fabric at a temperature lower than a thermal decomposition point of the β-chitin and higher than a melting point of the vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer to melt and recrystallize the vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer.

摘要: The present application provides a secondary battery and an electrical apparatus containing the same. The secondary battery includes a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet, a separator disposed between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet, and an electrolyte solution, wherein the separator includes a substrate and an inorganic and/or organic particle layer disposed on at least one surface of the substrate, and the separator further includes an acid scavenging additive located among the inorganic and/or organic particles of the inorganic and/or organic particle layer or located in a form of a separate layer between the substrate and the inorganic and/or organic particle layer, wherein the maximum dissolution amount of the acid scavenging additive in the electrolyte solution at 25° C. is less than 1% by mass relative to the mass of the electrolyte solution.

摘要: This application discloses a separator and a preparation method therefor, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The separator includes a substrate and a pressure-sensitive coating, where the pressure-sensitive coating is formed on at least a portion of surface of the substrate. The pressure-sensitive coating includes composite particles and a first plasticizer. The composite particles form bulges on surface of the coating, and the composite particles include polyacrylate particles and inorganic particles. The inorganic particle is present between at least two of the polyacrylate particles, and solubility parameter of the first plasticizer and solubility parameter of the composite particles have a difference with an absolute value of 0.3 MPa1/2-4 MPa1/2.

The binder of the present invention is a binder for a non-aqueous secondary battery, the binder comprising a fibrid of an aromatic polyamide, wherein the fibrid swells and is not dissolved in an N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone solvent in which an alkali metal salt and/or an alkaline earth metal salt is present at a concentration of 1,000 ppm or less, and is completely dissolved in an N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone solvent in which an alkali metal salt and/or an alkaline earth metal salt is present at a concentration of 10,000 ppm or more.
