In some embodiments, the coating composition is formulated using an acrylic polymer that is formed form ingredients that do not include styrene.

摘要: This application relates to a coating layer composition and a coating layer formed using the coating layer composition. The coating layer composition includes a heat-resistant binder, a hydroxy group-containing polyimide particle, a silane cross-linking agent, and a solvent. The hydroxy group-containing polyimide particle and the functional group-containing silane cross-linking agent form a core-shell structured organic particle in which a core portion is derived from the hydroxy group-containing polyimide particles and a shell portion that is derived from the functional group-containing silane cross-linking agent. The shell portion is on the surface of the core portion in the core-shell structured organic particle. The application also relates to a separator for a rechargeable lithium battery and a rechargeable lithium battery including the separator having a coating layer formed using the coating layer composition.

摘要: Provided is a resin composition for a skin pack, which contains an ionomer (A) of an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid-based copolymer. 摘要: Described herein is an improved process for anticorrosion pretreatment of a metallic surface including steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, an aluminum alloy, magnesium and/or a zinc-magnesium alloy, wherein the metallic surface is brought into contact with i) an acidic aqueous composition A which includes a1) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of titanium, zirconium and hafnium compounds, and with ii) an aqueous composition B which includes b1) at least one (meth)acrylate resin and b2) at least one phenol resin, where the metallic surface is brought into contact firstly with the composition A and then with the composition B and/or firstly with the composition B and then with the composition A and/or simultaneously with the composition A and the composition B.

摘要: A method of applying a gas-impermeable coating includes forming a polyelectrolyte complex suspension. The polyelectrolyte complex suspension is applied to a substrate. The substrate having the polyelectrolyte complex applied thereon is treated. The treating reduces salt content of the polyelectrolyte complex. The treating results in a gas-impermeable coating being formed on the substrate.

摘要: Golf ball comprising a core, an outer layer and at least one adhesion promoting coating disposed between each of the core and the outer layer; the core comprising a rubber composition comprising at least one zinc-containing and/or magnesium-containing component; the outer layer comprising at least one ionomer; and the adhesion promoting coating comprising a waterborne dispersion comprised of at least one ethylene acid copolymer having an acid content of at least 15% by weight wherein the copolymer is at least partially neutralized with one or more neutralizing agent; wherein at least one neutralizing agent is selected from ammonia compounds and/or amine compounds. In a specific embodiment, the at least one neutralizing agent comprises i) mono and/or divalent metal compounds and ii) ammonia compounds and/or amine compounds.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for crosslinking an acrylic emulsion with a (meth)acrylate monomer or a (meth)acrylate oligomer including adding a base acrylic emulsion to a vessel, adding at least one (meth)acrylate crosslinker to the vessel, incorporating the at least one (meth)acrylate crosslinker into the base acrylic emulsion to create a two-phase system including water and a phase including crosslinkers of the at least one (meth)acrylate crosslinker inside acrylic emulsion particles of the base acrylic emulsion, applying the two-phase system to a surface, and curing the two-phase system to create a final system including a film and crosslinked crosslinkers.

摘要: A pattern formation method, comprising: (a) providing a semiconductor substrate; (b) forming a photoresist pattern over the semiconductor substrate, wherein the photoresist pattern is formed from a photoresist composition comprising: a first polymer comprising acid labile groups; and a photoacid generator; (c) coating a pattern overcoat composition over the photoresist pattern, wherein the pattern overcoat composition comprises a second polymer and an organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent comprises one or more ester solvents, wherein the ester solvent is of the formula R1—C(O)O—R2, wherein R1 is a C3-C6 alkyl group and R2 is a C5-C10 alkyl group; (d) baking the coated photoresist pattern; and (e) rinsing the coated photoresist pattern with a rinsing agent to remove the second polymer. The methods find particular applicability in the manufacture of semiconductor devices.
