Each support member assembly (100) comprises end members (102) and a tubular support (104), the end members (102) being movable in the tracks (86). The support member assemblies (100) support dunnage (144) for supporting products for storage or shipment.

The present invention discloses a pallet comprising a plurality of elongate base members (102) being spaced apart from one another at its long edges with a plurality of block structures (108) arranged one by one within and along the long edges of each base member (102) that the base member (102) carries a plurality of paired slits (106) and each slit (106) cuts into every block structure (108) at a predetermined length; and a plurality elongate deck units (101) perpendicularly disposed on top of the base members that each deck unit is defined by a first construct (103), with an n-shaped cross-sectional profile, sandwiched in between a pair of second constructs (104), with an inverted L-shaped cross-sectional profile, and each deck unit (101) has a conjoined horizontal flat surface and a pair of downwardly extending portions (105) formed by the contiguous first (103) and second constructs (104); wherein the paired vertical extending portions (105) of each deck unit (101) are slotted into the aligned paired slits (106) of each block structure (108) to link all the base members (102) with the deck units (101) together while the horizontal flat surface serves as a work surface.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Palettencontainer (10) zur Lagerung und zum Transport von insbesondere gefährlichen flüssigen Füllgütern, mit einem austauschbaren dünnwandigen Innenbehälter (16) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes, mit einem den Innenbehälter (16) als Stützmantel dicht umschließenden Rohrgitterrahmen (14) aus miteinander verschweißten vertikalen und horizontalen Rohrstäben, der am oberen Außenrand einer gabelstapler-geeigneten Bodenpalette (12) befestigt ist, wobei die rechteckförmige Bodenpalette (12) ein flaches Palettenoberdeck bestehend aus einer dünnen Metall-Blechplatte (18) als Auflage für den eingestellten Innenbehälter (16) und einem Palettenunterbau mit vier Eckfüßen (24) und vier dazwischen angeordneten Mittelfüßen (26) aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff und einen rechteckförmigen, bodenseitig horizontal umlaufenden Stahlrohr-Basisring (34) aufweist, wobei die Bodenpalette (12) mit Mitteln zur Ableitung elektrischer Ladungen versehen ist, die konstruktiv derart gestaltet sind, dass der Palettenunterbau einen oberen Rohrrahmen mit vier einzelnen gleichlangen Rohrstücken (32) aufweist, die diagonal direkt unterhalb der Metallplatte (18) verlaufen und mit ihren Enden derart an jeweils zwei benachbarten Mittelfüßen (26) befestigt sind, dass unterhalb der Bodenplatte ein rautenförmiger Tragrahmen ausgebildet ist, auf dem die Metallplatte (18) aufgespannt ist, wobei die vier einzelnen Rohrstücke (32) über entsprechende Verschraubungen (48) elektrisch leitend mit dem bodenseitigen Stahlrohr-Basisring (34) verbunden sind, so dass der erfindungsgemäße Palettencontainer auf einfache und elegante Weise gegen jegliche Art elektrischer Aufladung geschützt ist.

A weldless aluminum pallet has slats that interlock with outside and inside stringers to form the pallet without need for permanent attachment points. Grooves in the stringers receive a projection on each slat, holding the slat in place. Preferably, a single projection extends along the length of the slat body. The projection is shaped to cooperate with the groove such that the slat attaches perpendicularly to the stringers. The groove is shaped to retain the slat's projection by friction fit, creating an interlocking joint. The front and rear slats on each face may be fastened to the stringers by screws or other removable fasteners. Pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy may be used, and the material may be tempered using known tempering techniques. The preferred material is 100% recycled 6005-T6 aluminum alloy. The parts are preferably extruded but alternatively may be molded or otherwise die cast.

The top side (22) is formed in a rectangular formation with long (28) and short (30) rails establishing a perimeter for a plurality of decking members (32) which are welded at their ends to one another and to the corner pieces (56). Each corner piece (56) includes a separately formed plastic cover (64). The inside of the cover (64) may include vertical notches (92) for engaging vertical ribs (70) formed by structural webbing inside the corner piece (56). The outer edge (66) of the cover may include an outer corner section configured to directly engage a chamfer (94) in the metallic body of the corner piece (56). An RFID tag (58) may be located in a hollow corner piece (56) for tracking purposes.

Improved collapsible bins (10) are provided for storing goods, such as solids, semi -solids, or fluids. In various embodiments, the bins have a base (18) about the same size as a pallet to facilitate handling and storage. Bins include a plurality of sidewalls (14) (typically four), a cover (30), and a base. The base includes a floor-mounted sump (46) for discharging the contents of the bin. The bin sidewalls and cover hingably connect to the base, and the sidewalls and cover can collapse and nest inside the base to reduce the storage space consumed by empty bins. Further provided are storage systems which include a collapsible bin and a bag liner (200) disposed in the bin.
