Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication of an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may receive, from a base station, at least one SSB. The apparatus may also determine a RSRP of the at least one SSB. Additionally, the apparatus may transmit, to the base station if the RSRP of all of the at least one SSB is less than a threshold, an indication of a reduced UE capability of the UE during a RACH procedure. The apparatus may also transmit, to the base station if the RSRP of one of the at least one SSB is greater than or equal to the threshold, the indication of the reduced UE capability of the UE after entering into a RRC connected state upon completion of the RACH procedure.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for control and management of swarm networks. For example, a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive, from a base station (BS), a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message that includes a group identifier indicating a swarm network associated with the WTRU. The group identifier may be a swarm network group-radio network temporary identifier (SG-RNTI) that indicates a group of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) links in the swarm network. If a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for which the WTRU monitors is masked by the group identifier, the WTRU may receive, via the PDCCH, downlink control information (DCI) that includes a control type indication to perform computational operation associated with the swarm network. The WTRU may activate or deactivate the computational operation based on the control type indication. The WTRU may also adjust resource allocation to the computational operation based on the control type indication.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for enabling coexistence between intelligent transportation system (ITS) networks and unlicensed wireless local area networks (WLANs). A method that may be performed by an intelligent transportation system (ITS) device, includes transmitting one of a frame or a clear-tosend- to-self (CTS-to-self) message indicating a first time period during which a bandwidth will be in use, wherein the frame or CTS-to-self transmission is based on a first protocol; and transmitting, by the ITS device during the first time period and on the bandwidth, signaling, wherein the signaling is based on a second protocol.

In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) operating in discontinuous reception (DRX) mode receives a DRX configuration, receives a reference signal resource configuration, determines, at least based on the DRX configuration and the reference signal resource configuration, whether an overlap exists between a reference signal occasion of a plurality of reference signal occasions of the reference signal resource configuration and an active time of the DRX configuration, receives or transmits at least based on a determined overlap, at least a first reference signal in the reference signal occasion, and receives or transmits, while remaining in an active state of the DRX configuration, at least based on the determined overlap, at least a second reference signal in remaining reference signal occasions of the plurality of reference signal occasions after expiration of the active time.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may map an ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) transmission to a set of symbols for uplink transmission, wherein the mapping relates to at least one of an orphaned symbol repetition of the URLLC transmission, a transport block size determination, a shared channel mapping type of a repetition of the URLLC transmission, or a priority of an aperiodic sounding reference signal (A-SRS) of the URLLC transmission. Abstract: Systems and methods for modularized design for inter-physical layer priority uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may determine a first code rate for a first portion of UCI and a second code rate for a second portion of UCI. Different code rates may be used to encode different portions of UCI (e.g., hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) bits, channel state information (CSI) reporting bits, scheduling request (SR) bits, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits, etc.). Further, a UE may select a group of bets offset sets based on a physical layer priority type and a UCI multiplexing type.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for operation in a fifth-generation new radio (5GNR) system may multiplex high-priority (HP) hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) bits corresponding to a first HARQ- ACK codebook with low-priority (LP) HARQ-ACK bits corresponding to a second HARQ-ACK codebook onto a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission to a gNode B (gNB). The UE may be configured with the first HARQ-ACK codebook and the second HARQ-ACK codebook of different priorities. The HP HARQ-ACK bits may be encoded with a first maximum code rate (maxCodeRate) and the LP HARQ-ACK bits may be encoded with a second maximum code rate. The maximum code rates may be configured to the UE via RRC signalling per PUCCH format.
