The present invention relates to a cutting or embossing tool for frozen confectionery products comprising at least two elements, each element comprising a void with an inner contour corresponding to the outer contour of the product to be cut or embossed. At least one of the elements comprises at least one knife or embosser with a blade or an embossing surface extending along the inner contour of the void. The tool can be used to cut lines or a line pattern shape into the surface of a frozen confectionery product, in particular in coating.

A technique and mechanized system for the production of precast concrete panel material by infusion of premixed concrete into a generally vertical moving form are disclosed. The technique includes infusing premixed concrete through a plurality of infusion nozzles through an infusion slot into an infusion chamber characterized by a hollow structure or form describing a panel shape which is defined by movable members that make up the interior surfaces of the hollow form structure and which move the infused material along at the rate of formation of the panel shape. The formed panel material is subjected to heat and pressure to effect a rapid cure sufficient to stabilize the structure by the time it is discharged from the discharge end of the infusion chamber.

Apparatus for manufacturing a sugar-based candy product comprises two sets of mould parts arranged in endless loops, A drive mechanism circulates the mould parts, which are brought into partial engagement with one another in a filling zone between a set of end plates and below a feeder which pours hot sugar syrup into the cavity' between the end plates and the mould parts. As the mould parts move, they are brought into full engagement and urged into tight contact with one another, closing the mould cavities defined between them. As the mould parts move away from the filling zone, they are cooled to promote solidification of the syrup in the mould cavities. As the mould parts separate, the set feed material is discharged for further processing.

A viscous liquid fountain includes a fountain foundation (2) containing a motor (7) and a heater (5). The motor includes a drive shaft (6) extending upwardly from the fountain foundation. A viscous liquid reservoir (9) is mounted to the foundation and has one or more side walls extending a predetermined height above the base of the reservoir. The reservoir includes a sleeve (12) extending upwardly from the base of the reservoir to a height being half the side wall height to more than the side wall height. The fountain also includes an auger (14) configured for mounting over the sleeve and for engaging with the drive shaft to allow rotation of the auger. A viscous liquid reservoir is also provided. The reservoir includes a reservoir base, one or more side walls extending a predetermined height above the reservoir base and a sleeve extending upwardly from the reservoir base to about the height of the reservoir side walls. The sleeve is configured to receive a motor drive shaft there through and receive an auger there over wherein the viscous liquid reservoir is mountable to a liquid fountain foundation.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung eines Verzehrgutes in Form einer viskosen bis pastösen Masse (1), insbesondere eines Verzehrgutes auf Fettmasse-Basis wie Schokolade oder eines Verzehrgutes auf Wasser-Basis wie Eiskrem, mit einer Dosiereinheit (2) zum dosierten Zuführen eines bestimmten Volumens der Masse (1) zu Formgebungseinheiten (13). Erfindungsgemäss erfolgt bei der Vorrichtung die das Dosiervolumen bestimmende Bewegung des Verdrängungskörpers (6) über einen Servo-Antrieb (9) und das Schliessen und Öffnen einer Einlassöffnung (4) und einer Auslassöffnung (5) jeweils über einen Servo-Antrieb oder über einen Pneumatik-Antrieb. Vorzugsweise ist der Verdrängungskörper ein Hub/Dreh-Kombikolben (6), der eine lineare Bewegung für einen Ansaughub und einen Dosierhub sowie eine rotative Bewegung zum Öffnen und Schliessen der Einlassöffnung (4) und der Auslassöffnung (5), d.h. eine Ventilfunktion, durchführen kann.
