A ceramic heater having an advantage that the distance between a semiconductor wafer and the heating surface of a ceramic base can be maintained constant, the semiconductor wafer can be heated at even temperature, pollution of the semiconductor wafer is prevented, and no support pins come off. The ceramic heater having a ceramic base on or in which a heater is provided is characterized in that the semiconductor wafer is spaced from the surface of the ceramic base and heated.

A heated floorboard includes a floorboard body (2) made of a thermal and electrical isolator material and shaped so that a plurality of the floorboards, when assembled one adjacent to the other, form a heated floor. An electrical heater (7) is located in the upper part of the floor body (2). Electrical contacts (73) are located on the floorboard body (2) and connect the ends of the heater (7) to an electrical bus (3). A latch pair (29) mounted near one end of the floorboard (2) is mechanically attached to an electrical bus (3), and snaps on the hole pair (39) to secure the floorboard (2) to the electrical bus (3). Additional hole pairs (392, 393, 394) in an electrical bus (3) serve to attach to other floorboards.

본 발명은 면상 발열체를 이용한 온수기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 온수기는 면상 발열 물질이 도포된 면상 발열 파이프, 온수 탱크, 제 1 헤더, 및 제 2 헤더를 포함할 수 있다. 온수 탱크는 면상 발열 파이프의 일단이 체결되는 제 1 홀과 제 2 홀이 형성된 상면, 면상 발열 파이프를 둘러싸고 출수구가 형성된 측면부, 그리고 개방된 하면을 포함할 수 있다. 제 1 헤더는 제 1 하우징이 형성되도록 상기 상면에 제공될 수 있으며, 제 2 헤더는 제 2 하우징이 형성되도록 면상 발열 파이프의 타단과 온수 탱크의 하면에 제공될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 면상 발열 파이프의 내부와 외부에 흐르는 물을 동시에 가열할 수 있어, 온수기의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
