A technical method for drying, crushing and grinding mussel shells and seashells and the like. It has not earlier been technically possible to recover lime-rich mussel shells and seashells by powdering the shells. In brief, the technical solution comprises drying the shells, crushing the shells and grinding the same in a mill provided with hammers and gratings. A grinding process in which the circulating unfinished product is an important part of the system circuit. The finished product is delivered by a screw feeder to bulk or large sacks from a mobile plant constructed to this end.

Process for the purifying treatment of waste-waters from the dairy industry through the coagulation of the fat and protein content by treatment with chemicals and through the removal, in given case through the re-processing of economic utilization purpose of the forming waste sludge as well as an equipment for the effectuation of the process. The essence of the process consists in that the waste-water is destabilized for a definitive time in presence of a suitable bacterial flora between the formation and the chemical treatment and the destabilization is accelerated expediently by measures augmenting the contacting surface, in given case increasing the intensity of the contacting. The forming waste sludge or its solid content can be utilized by being burnt in furnace, being added to fodder or my ameliorating fertilization. The pre-purified waste-water can be advantageously after-purified by additionally applying an aero-biological (active-sludge) procedural phase.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Phosphat aus wertstoffhaltigem Rohstoff. Um ein wirtschaftliches Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Phosphaten aus wertstoffhaltigen Rohstoffen mit gegenüber bekannten Verfahren höheren Ausbeuten bereitzustellen, wird erfindungsgemäß ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem ein Extraktionsmittel aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, bestehend aus (i) einer Kombination aus Kohlendioxid (CO2) und Schwefeldioxid (SO2), (ii) einer Kombination aus Kohlendioxid (CO2), Schwefeldioxid (SO2) und Stickstoffoxiden (NOx) und (iii) einer Kombinationen aus Kohlendioxid (CO2) und Stickstoffoxiden (NOx).
Abstract:
The effect of organic and other fertilizers to plant nutrition can be improved with the help of microbes. With a method and device according to this invention, especially the usefulness of nitrogen to plants is increased when microbes that affect its circulation in an advantageous way, in respect to plant nutrition, are added either as partial components of a fertilizer or as such, for example in irrigation water. The added microbes may be used as pure cultures, microbe communities or mixed cultures and they advantageously have an ability for the binding of microbiological nitrogen from air. With the help of Clostridium pasteurianum bacteria both the binding of nitrogen and the biochemical processes in soil that correspond to nitrification, can be accomplished. This enables the improvement of plant nutrition, not only by the interaction of microbe communities, but also with the help of the different enzymatic reactions of a single microbe strain and as their sum effect. In experiments using this procedure a 100% crop increase has been achieved with several different cultivated plants.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Phosphorrückgewinnung durch thermochemische Umsetzung eines phosphorhaltigen Materials, wie beispielsweise eines Ersatzbrennstoffes, in Gegenwart von calciumhaltigen Partikeln in einem Bewegtbettreaktor und anschließender Abtrennung von mit Phosphor angereichertem Abrieb aus dem Bewegtbettreaktor. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung eines durch das Verfahren erhaltenen Wertstoffs als Düngemittel oder Düngemittelzusatz.

The process of utilizing this fermentation for the consumption of organic materials on a continuous basis is within the scope of this disclosed subject matter. The process of separating chemicals as industrial chemicals from this fermentation on a continuous basis is within the scope of this disclosed subject matter. The process of separating biomass useful as high protein animal feed or fertilizer from this fermentation on a continuous (or semi-continuous) basis is within the scope of this disclosed subject matter.
