The invention relates to a method for surface-coating apparatuses and parts of apparatuses for the construction of chemical installations, for example apparatus, container and reactor walls, discharging devices, fittings, pumps, filters, compressors, centrifuges, columns, heat exchangers, dryers, reducing machines, built-in parts, packing and mixing mechanisms. The method is characterised in that bumps with an average height of 100 nm to 50 mu m are produced on the surface to be coated, at average intervals of 100 nm to 100 mu m, before the surface is coated by currentlessly depositing a layer of metal or a layer of a metal-polymer-dispersion using a galvanisation bath containing a metal electrolyte, a reduction agent and optionally, a polymer or polymer mixture to be deposited, in dispersed form.

A conductive electrolessly plated powder used, for example, for bonding a small electrode of an electronic device, its producing method, and a conductive material containing the plated powder. Conventionally, there has been known, as conductive powders, metallic powders such as of nickel, carbon powders, and conductive plating powders the resin core particles of which are coated with a metal, e.g., nickel. However, there has been no conductive electrolessly plated powders having a good conductivity with respect to connection between conductive patterns having an oxide coating thereon or between electrodes and no methods for producing such powders industrially. The conductive electrolessly plated powder of the present invention consists of resin spherical core particles the average size of which is 1 to 20 mu m and each of which has a nickel or nickel alloy coating formed by electroless plating. The coating includes small projections of 0.05 to 4 mu m on its outermost layer and the coating is substantially continuous with the small projections. A method of producing such a powder is also disclosed.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Doppelhybridmaterials, das ein anorganisches Material, eine oder mehrere organische Komponenten und eine metallische Komponente umfasst. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass a) ein poröses anorganisch/organisches Hybridmaterial, dessen anorganisches Material und organische Komponente(n) kovalent oder durch Wechselwirkungen verbunden sind, bereitgestellt wird und auf dem Hybridmaterial aus einer Metallsalzlösung in Gegenwart eines Reduktionsmittels ein oder mehrere Metalle abgeschieden werden oder b) auf einem porösen anorganischen Material aus einer Metallsalzlösung in Gegenwart eines Reduktionsmittels ein oder mehrere Metalle abgeschieden werden und danach eine oder mehrere organische Komponenten auf das anorganische Material aufgebracht werden.
