    Abstract: A user-customizable case is provided for at least partially covering a portable electronic device. The case may include first and second panels and a retainer for holding an insert bearing an indicia. The panels may be elastically connected to facilitate receiving many different sizes and shapes of portable electronic devices. The retainer may removably attach to the case to facilitate exchanging the inserts for customizing the device, insignia, or the like. The case may be included in a kit, along with at least one insert and a retainer. Related methods are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A sanitary storage unit (10) for storage of one or more toothbrushes (22), each toothbrush (22) having a handle end (27) and a bristle end (26). The sanitary storage unit (10) comprising an upper chamber(20). At least one removable reservoir (18) supported under the upper chamber (20) and adapted to hold a liquid (28), a middle divider (16) mounted between the reservoir (18) and upper chamber(20), and a cover (14) adapted for opening and closing the upper chamber (20). The middle divider (16) has at least one hole (24) therein adapted for insertion of a toothbrush (22) therethrough such that the bristle end (26) of the toothbrush (22) rests in the reservoir (18) and the handle end (27) of the toothbrush (18) extends through the hole (24) into the upper chamber (20). The cover may be attached to the storage unit at a hinge about which the cover (14) can pivot open and closed.
