An electrical power and data distribution apparatus comprises an enclosure having a rear connector configured to connect to a first cable including electrical power and data conductors, a front connector configured to connect to a second cable including electrical and data conductors, at least one electrical power outlet configured to connect to a power plug and at least one data input/output connector configured to connect to a device having a predetermined connection configuration. A power hub is connected to the rear connector to receive electrical power, and to the front connector and the power outlet to supply electrical power. The data conductors of the front and rear connectors are connected to a network interface of a controller for sending and receiving data with a first protocol, and the data input/output connector is connected to an input/output section of the controller for sending and receiving data with a second protocol.

More specifically, a service cable box can include one or more chambers that can secure secondary network cables of one or more types and/or classifications. The service cable box can have secure and unsecure connection chambers. Accordingly, the service cable box can segregate network connections of different types and/or security classifications and can selectively provide secured access thereto.

The invention provides a mount for installing an electrical fixture to an electrical junction box. The mount includes a support configured for independent attachment to said junction box and said electrical fixture respectively for mounting said fixture to said junction box. The mount further includes at least one electrical quick connect member engaged to said support comprising a first connection element for forming an electrical connection with a electrical wire and a second connection element for forming an electrical connection a fixture electrical wires. The first and second connection elements are electrically connected or connectible together to form an electrical connection between the source wires and the fixture wires.

Die vielfache Steckdose hat ein Gehäuse mit einem verschiebbaren Paneel (102). Das mit der Einsteilungsfunktion die Anzahl der für den Nutzer zugänglichen Steckdosenteile (103) und (104) ändert. Die entprechende Einstellung des Paneels (102) wird mit dem Griff (107) und einer Blockierungsgruppe realisiert. Die Steckdose hat einen die Kinder schützenden Tarnschalter (112) und Stönmgsfilter. In der Erfindungsvariante ist das Paneel gegenüber dem Gehäuse schwenkbar aufgesetzt.

A system for accessing an electrical wiring network from opposing sides of a wall. The wall includes at least one structural support and a wall surface. The system includes an electrical box having a perimeter wall and two open sides. The open sides located at opposing ends of the perimeter wall, thereby defining a passageway through the electrical box. Additionally, the system includes a pair of frames coupled to the electrical box at the open sides, and at least two electrical outlets coupled to the frames. Each outlet includes a plurality of integral conductor leads extending therefrom.

An electromechanical timer switch has a timekeeping, rotating programme ring (3) rotatably mounted on a hub (2) fastened on one side. Programmable riders (17) arranged on the programme ring (3) act on an electric contact arrangement (22) according to a switching programme. A manually operated switching device provided with a pin-shaped swivelling actuator (1) and arranged on the front face (16) of the timer switch beside the programme ring (3) can actuate the electric contact arrangement (22) independently of the switching programme. Cam-shaped fastening elements (44, 39) are provided for fastening the built-in housing (36) containing the timer switch in electrical control panels (38) or other supporting surfaces. The switching device together with the actuator (1) is arranged inside the hub (2) and therefore runs inside the programme ring (3).

An integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing appliance includes a housing defining a space occupied by an air treatment system, an electric power system, and a water treatment system. The electric power system includes a divides electrical power from an electrical power source connection into electrical circuit feeds for delivery within the housing to the air treatment system and the water treatment system, and to a building. The air treatment system includes receives exhaust air from the building and uses the exhaust air to precondition outdoor air, and receives return air from the building and conditions the return air. The water treatment system receives water from outside the building and divides the water into a water flow for output to the building and water flow to be filtered, filters water and outputs unheated water to the building, and heats water for output to the building.

Um vorteilhafte Montageverhältnisse für Installationen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Dosenkörper (4) umfangsmantelinnenseitig oder -außenseitig mit ersten Rastelementen (7) ausgestattet ist, dass in den Dosenkörper (7) koaxial dazu eine Montagehülse (8) zumindest im Wesentlichen in axialer Richtung (9) eingesetzt ist, welche einerseits die Befestigungsmittel (5) aufweist und anderseits mit zweiten Rastelementen (10) ausgestattet ist, die mit den ersten Rastelementen (7) des Dosenkörpers (4) verrasten.
