Abstract:
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for executing an interactive executable in a production mode. The executable is configured to interact with an end user of the interactive executable. Executing the interactive executable results in a plurality of production interactive execution states of the interactive executable. A watcher module detects a sequence of one or more production interactive execution states and renders a message unassociated with the interactive executable. In embodiments, the interactive executable is a computer-implemented game, and the message is an advertisement.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic cooker, and a method for a game using the same. According to the method for a game using the electronic cooker, when a cooking start command is input through a keypad, a microprocessor causes games, which have a game time equal to a cooking time among games stored in a memory, to be displayed on a display unit, and allows a user to select one of the games. The microprocessor performs control such that the cooking operation and the game can be simultaneously executed during the cooking time. When the cooking time elapses, the game is ended. Therefore, the method for a game using the electronic cooker has an advantage in that the user can play a game during a waiting time for cooking, thereby improving user's satisfaction in the cooking process.

Abstract:
Methods and systems for creating, managing, and operating electronic games are provided. Example embodiments provide a DVD game environment ("DGE") that includes game flow logic, interactive DVD game content, enhanced methods of scoring and play, automatic skill level adjustment, and an electronic game board. In one embodiment, the DGE comprises DVD game logic with scoring management, game and participant state information, video and audio game content, and an electronic game board. These components provide functionality that can be incorporated into a DVD game that presents challenges for entertainment, education, training, or testing purposes. The DVD games produced thereby can automatically provide challenges based upon participants' skill levels and automatically detect the correctness or incorrectness of a response in order to maintain an electronic game board.
