    Abstract: A changing colour composition on the form of a gel for caring for and/or making up keratin materials is disclosed. The composition comprises in a physiologically acceptable medium, a) from 0.1 to 10% by weight preferably from 1 to 5% by weight relative to the weight of the composition of microcapsules containing releasable colorant(s), said microcapsules comprising: - a core comprising one organic material, - at least one layered coating surrounding said core, the layered coating comprising at least one polymer at least one colorant, and advantageously at least one lipid-based material, b) at least 3% by weight, preferably at least 5 by weight, more preferably at least 8% by weight and advantageously at least 10% by weight relative to the weight of the composition of at least one swelling agent, and c) at least one hydrophilic gelifying agent.

    Abstract: A one-piece corner poster clip system for removably securing and hanging a poster or picture on a surface. The one-piece corner poster clip system has a first member, a second member hingedly connected to the first member, a compressible pad, and a securing member to removably secure the system to a surface. The first member has at least one latch extend out therefrom, and the second member has a recess defined therein and at least one notch and bore adapted to receive the latch. The compressible pad is located in the recess of the second member and provides a compression force against the poster inserted in the recess when the first member is closed.     Abstract: A method for and devices utilizing monolithic integration of enhancement- mode and depletion-mode AlGaN/GaN heterojunction field-effect transistors (HFETs) is disclosed. Source and drain ohmic contacts of HFETs are first defined. Gate electrodes of the depletion-mode HFETs are then defined. Gate electrodes of the enhancement-mode HFETs are then defined using fluoride-based plasma treatment and high temperature post-gate annealing of the sample. Device isolation is achieved by either mesa etching or fluoride-based plasma treatment. This method provides a complete planar process for GaN-based integrated circuits favored in high-density and high-speed applications.
