    摘要: The invention provides a treated textile material having a finish applied to at least a portion of the surface thereof. The finish comprises at least one particulate component which exhibits a positive surface charge when suspended in an aqueous medium. The invention further provides a process for producing a treated textile material comprising the steps of (a) providing a textile material having a surface, (b) providing a suspension comprising a medium and at least one particulate component, the particulate component exhibiting a positive surface charge when suspended in an aqueous medium, (c) applying the suspension to at least a portion of the surface of the textile material, and (d) heating the textile material to remove the medium from the textile material and produce a finish comprising the particulate component on the surface of the textile material.

    摘要: Processes for preparing aluminoxane comprising: bringing into contact under reaction conditions in an inert atmosphere a liquid containing reaction mixture comprising: (i) a water in oil emulsion comprising water and at least one emulsifier in a first hydrocarbon solvent; and (ii) an organoaluminum compound capable of forming aluminoxane in a second hydrocarbon solvent; provided that the aluminoxane produced by the reaction is present in solution under the reaction conditions. In a preferred embodiment a support carrier for the aluminoxane: (i) is present during the contact step or (ii) is introduced following contact. A polymerization catalyst can be prepared wherein the support carrier is SiO2 and a Group 3 to Group 10 metal containing single site complex is mixed with the aluminoxane. Catalysts suitable for polymerizing an olefin such as ethylene or copolymerizing an olefin with at least one C 3 to C 2o alpha-olefin can be produced.

    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to cellulosic textiles treated with h-PEI derivatives, such derivatives possessing the general structure shown below: (R) x - h-PEI - (A) y where R is a non-hyperbranched hydrocarbon group (for example, such as alkyl, alkenyl, arylalkyl, and arylalkenyl groups, where the number of carbon atoms in the linear portion of the hydrocarbon is between 5 and 30 carbon atoms), where x is a number from 1 to about 10,000 (depending on the M n of the h-PEI), where h-PEI is a hyperbranched polyethyleneimine, where A is a small organic "capping" compound having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, where y is a number from 0 to 10,000, and wherein R is present in an approximate amount of between about 20% and about 75% by weight of the h-PEI derviative. The chemical treatment imparts durable colorfastness, softness, wrinkle resistance, and reduced drying time to substrates treated therewith.
