The invention relates to a device (1) for rotary sintering, comprising a first mould (2) with a front side (3) and a rear side (4), wherein the front side has a shaping surface (5). According to the invention, at least one first portion (6, 7, 8) of the front side comprises a porous structure that is open toward the surface. The device is suitable for heating a mould for rotary sintering, wherein a mould skin of varying thickness can be produced in various regions of the shaping surface by means of the device and the method.

The invention relates to an airbag system which comprises: a support (1) for an airbag cover, an airbag module (5) arranged on the back of said support (1), which airbag module is fastened to the support (1) in at least one section by means of a screw connection, and a reinforcing element (6) which is integrally shaped from a metal sheet and enclosed by the screw connection. The reinforcing element has at least one internally threaded passage (8) for a screw (7) of the screw connection to be screwed in and is used to pass a holding power into the support (1) which holding power is imparted by the screw (7). The reinforcing element (6) is supported on a front of the support (1). The airbag module (5) is screwed to the reinforcing element (6) by means of a hole in the support (1), which hole is aligned with the at least one passage (8).

The invention relates to a method for producing an electroform coated with a nonstick coating and also to a coated form. The method according to the invention for coating an electroform (3) with a nonstick coating comprises the steps of: a) coating the surface of a master form (1) with a nonstick coating (2) by a first galvanic process, b) producing an electroform (3) in the coated master form (1) by a second galvanic process, wherein the materials of the nonstick coating (2) and of the electroform (3) to be produced are chosen in such a way that they enter into a firm bond with one another; c) removing the electroform (3) with the nonstick coating firmly bonded to it. The method according to the invention allows even fine structures to be transferred from the surface of a master form to the surface of the nonstick coating very accurately.

The invention relates to a method for producing a component (3) comprising a backing layer, a decorative layer and an additional moulded part (1) that is attached to said component. The method comprises the following steps: a platicised mat comprising fibre fractions, which is the starting material for the backing layer (12), is laid together with a blank, which is the starting material for the decorative layer (14), in a compression moulding tool (20), the first tool half (21) comprising a low-pressure injection unit (10) for producing an additional moulded part; the tool halves (21, 22) are pressed together to join the two starting materials; a predetermined quantity of the plastic in a fluid state is simultaneously or subsequently admitted into the cavity (23) through a supply conduit (25) and the bar (24) is displaced into its end position; return of the bar into its initial position and separation of the tool halves (21, 22). The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method.

The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a carrier arrangement (1) for carrying the steering column, an air conditioning installation, a head-up display (HUD) and/or a group of pedals (3), said motor vehicle also having a window hoop (5) extending beneath a windscreen in the region between the two windscreen pillars (4a, 4b) of the motor vehicle. In order to simplify the assembly, the window hoop comprises recesses on the engine compartment side, in order to be able to fix the carrier arrangement or a corresponding instrument panel from the engine compartment. Said carrier arrangement comprises a first strut (6) and a second strut (7). The starting point of each strut is arranged in the region of the steering pillar (2), and the end point of the first strut (6) is located in the region of the windscreen pillar (4a) on the driver side while the end point of the second strut (7) is arranged in the region of the centre console (13).

The invention relates to a method of production for plastic skins by pulverizing,whereby the powder is placed on a forming tool and a plastic is formed by sintering; a partial area of the forming tool, at least during a first pulverizing step, is made inaccessible for the powder by means of a mask with a preferably inflatable sealing edge, the forming tool being provided with a separating web along one edge of the partial area whereon the mask rests during the first pulverization step with the sealing edge. The invention also relates to a corresponding sintering tool and a plastic part which comprises a plastic skin, which is produced according to said method of production, on one surface thereof. The inventive method makes it possible to produce two-coloured plastic skins, which are usually used as surface decorations, while effectively avoiding scrap production.
