    摘要: The present invention provides thiosulphate compounds having the formulae R-S-SO 3 ¯, R-S-SO 3 H, R-L-S-SO 3 , R-L-S-SO 3 H, X-L-S-SO 3 ¯and X-L-S-SO 3 H, where R is a reporter group, a carrier molecule or a solid support, L is a linker and X is a reactive group suitable for a crosslinking agent, and methods for their preparation and use. The thiosulphate group reacts with thiol group to form a disulphide bond, making the compound suitable for the labelling and immobilization of target analytes.

    摘要: ABSTRACT Described herein are compounds, compositions, methods, and kits for detecting reactive oxygen species (ROS) by conventional fluorescence microscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, flow cytometry, and/or high content imaging. The compounds disclosed herein are novel reduced dyes, including Cy-based hydrocyanine dyes and Cy-based deuterocyanine dyes, which dyes are probes for detecting ROS and measuring oxidative stress in cells either in vitro and/or in vivo. Also described herein are processes for preparing novel reduced dyes, i.e., ROS probes, for use in the disclosed compositions, methods and kits.
